I’ve never before rated a restaurant. But, this Saladworks in Doylestown is one of the few left in our area. I went into place an order for 4 salads. The lettuce was brown and yellow. I complained and asked if they would please put fresh lettuce out and they informed me that that was fresh lettuce. They just opened the bag. Needless to say I was very unhappy and they lost my business forever. It is very sad when all you do is sell salads and you don’t and your lettuce is disgusting.

Awful in all ways. Asked for spring mix and received wilted iceberg. Barely any toppings on the salad and wrong toppings added. Worst location. Where is corporate and management? Overpriced trash here.

Today I experienced a brush with death…. it all began when i walked into the saladworks and met loganhis kindness and casual demeanor prompted me to get extra croutons..through the whole process he was engaged in conversation and actively listening..when i went to eat my salad all was going well until i started to struggle swallowing a crouton…logan heard the ruckus i was making and immediately rushed over to deliver life saving techniques to get the crouton out of my throatwonderful man

And someone needs to have a talk with them about paninis. They roll their eyes anytime you ask for one. I actually heard one say that “it looks disgusting” find new staff or you will fail

What a colossal rip off. Price is all ready high for a salad but when i asked for a little more dressing they charged me another $1.29. In the past i always got a bag of Lays chips with it. Now they no longer offer that instead they wanted to charge me $2.49 for a .50 cent bag of chips that you get a variety pack. Bottom line salad , soda and SMALL bag of chips $20.

When i asked why the chips were no longer offered i get a shrug od shoulders. Have your employees all on board with the policies because in the past when i asked for more dressing no problem without extra charges. Topping amount were ridiculously small.
The girl at the counter loudly complained to her coworkers that we did not tip her for our lunch today while we were trying to eat. The manager there laughed and thought it was funny that she sarcastically said it was "greatly appreciated" when we clicked on the "no tip" button on the card reader. She was unaware that we actually tipped in cash. Either way since when are tips expected and patrons ridiculed for not giving one at a fast-food restaurant that provides O service other than making your food? We've gone here a few times now, but this will be the last for sure.

Food was good but the 2 girls working tonight were not very welcoming or pleasant. They were kind of rude and didn’t even mix my salad they threw everything on top and then threw it in a bag to where the dressing was leaking into the bag.

We walked in around 2:00 pm, and the person at the counter was sitting in a chair apparently either listening to music or reading. There were not any tables that were clean, the soda machine was out of syrup, and the sandwich I ordered ( cranberry pecan chicken salad) was mostly lettuce and bread, and the chicken salad was also dry. And their prices have gone way up. This store has always been problematic as far as anyone bothering to clean tables, so your best bet is to head over to the Giant next door and have lunch/dinner there. We won’t be coming back.

The food is really good but the prices are wild. I got a single salad and it cost almost $12 AFTER using a $2 off coupon. I was taken away when they asked if I wanted my "complimentary" roll with my overpriced meal. ?

About a year ago this saladworks was great! Now they are really a hit or miss; usually a miss. 90% of the employees I've encountered are rude and just throw a salad together quickly to get you out. Food is still decent, but that is subject to change also. I feel bad for the few employees there that bust their hump and really try.
