Ordered for the first time here. I lived in China and Taiwan for 10 years. They’re dumplings are fresh, which is very rare in America. They also did a very fine job with the coliflor, cooked perfectly and with a spice and ingredient profile that might appeal to the Chinese palate

Dined in couple of time and had several take out orders. They need to train all of their staff members to take care of customers and the orders and be most importantly be friendly. While dining in we had some questions for the server who visibly got frustrated while explaining. For my most recent online order pick up, we put the tip and paid it while placing the order but on arrival the receipt we were asked to sign did not show the tip included, when asked the server made a face and said it is okay if you do not want to tip - Why the hell they expect me to tip twice on a pick up. The other time, when I went to pick up, they saw I walked in and decided to continue eating in the hidden seating area and made me wait 10 mins to just hand me an the bag from the counter. Food is good but service is pathetic. I hope the owner takes corrective actions.

Obviously forgot our order considering I got there at the time of pick up which was 45 min after order (already long considering there was not a customer in the restaurant) and then proceeded to wait another half hour before the food was ready. Waitress was nice but there was zero urgency to make the order or make the situation right.. first time ive had to leave a bad review but lost a customer for life

Today, I came to kungfu to try the lobster seafood noodles. It was really delicious. What I didn't expect was that they were a whole lobster with some side dishes and my favorite udon noodles. When the waiter served the dishes, I couldn't help it because it was really fragrant. I like it very much. I will order this dish next time.

They have been my favorite Chinese food restaurant since I first tried them a couple years ago but tonight was very frustrating. First they put the wrong order in my bag, but they were very quick to offer a replacement, which is obviously what they should do, but then once I got home for the second time and sat down to eat, I realized that one of the other items I ordered was very under cooked and it kinda ruined the whole dinner. I think they’re a great restaurant and hope this is a one off and not a reflection of things to come.

Great food. Good portions sizes and pricing. However, in take out orders they never include anything other than chopsticks. Not even soy sauce. Be prepared and ask for it before you pick up.
