In my quest to try all the independent coffee shops in the area, I tried SkyRoast Coffee this morning. Tiny little shop with wonderful baked goods, delicious coffee, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend, but know the only seating is outside!

My experience here was HORRIBLE!!! I got really sick from the coffee they gave me after I drank it off the table outside when it spilled!!! Not to mention my grampy, before suffering from a health issue at Nats Pizza, had no way of getting into the shop when it was snowing outside! My aunt came and couldn't get in either because grampy fell out of his chair right in the doorway! The barista yelled at me for my grampys issues! This is all your fault for serving me bad coffee and trapping my grampy and aunt outside to die!!! I also brought my kid here before this and the male barista started looking at my kid funny. You need to control your employees and show them how to run a business! I'd rather go to Starbucks than here. (Also your food is trash and tastes vegan due to the lack of MSG and phenylalanine)

Vegetarian options: Only reason I say it's vegetarian is cause it tastes like it but unhealthy

Dietary restrictions: If you like trash this is the place

Parking: Parking is horrible like the food here

Kid-friendliness: The guy was licking his lips near my kid 😡

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can't enter even in the cold!

I drive an hour from Voorhees, NJ to go to the New Hope location just for the most delicious London Fog ever! Seriously, I work at a coffee shop myself, and our London Fog does not even compare to Skyroast's. They use very high quality earl grey tea leaves and you can even choose your own sweetness level (I choose 8 from 1 to 10). So yummy!!!

Fantastic latte, good and fresh breakfast sandwich, plus kind service. Definitely give this place a visit if you’re looking for a good cup of coffee in town!

I went there because the sign said really good coffee, and indeed it was really good coffee. One of the best I’ve had. Try a cappuccino with maple syrup.

Staff is very friendly, but I'm really disappointed in the iced latte I had recently (espresso tasted burnt) and felt nauseous after having an apple hand pie. Really bummed cause I really liked this shop when it originally opened!

Edit:
Thanks for the laugh. No, I'm not mistaken. If you're the owner, you should be aware of what you're selling, and do it better ?

Edit 2:
Oh, so you DO in fact sell apple pastries? Lol.

Yeah, I mean if you want to take my disappointment & critiques as insults, that's on you. Lying and doubling down is only hurting you and your business, not me. And as a consumer, your roasting process means nothing to me, especially when the outcome is burnt espresso (which fyi more likely has to do with your espresso machine than the roasting process itself).
My only suggestion (or "insult") on how you can do better now: treat your customers better & learn to not take a review so personally.

PS i might have a "sensitive tummy" but doesn't change the fact your pastries suck

First time here & I walk in to the employees going on & on about someone they thought was “weird” then proceeded to talk about customers after they left. Immature.

Wonderful local coffee shop. We had a cappuccino and a light roast coffee and both were great. Also tried their biscotti and rolled oats balls (I forget their name). Both very tasty and nice compliment to the coffee. We sat outside and struck up an interesting conversation with another patron. Overall a wonderful experience. Will try some of their other foods next time.
