The drive-thru line is always long, so I place orders through the app in advance and walk in to pick up my order. I have never had an issue- my orders have been ready and accurate.

Baristas seemed more interested in discussing their life drama than serving drive through line or app orders. It's 6a and I just want to get breakfast and get back on the road because it's a long drive to work. I did a mobile order at 5:45a and arrived 12min later to find that they hadn't even started working on my mobile order yet until I arrived.

I went to grab my drink from my mobile order, one of the staff was not very not nice to me while I was trying to look for my order. After I said thank you so much, they just huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes. It made me cry in the parking lot for 30 minutes. I understand working at Starbucks is very difficult so I try my best to be patient and nice with all the worker because I appreciate everything that they do. I did not deserve to be treated that way. I am very disappointed in the service. I will be going to other Starbucks from now on that make me feel more welcomed!

The employee who greeted me and gave me my drink, Lea, was fantastic! She was so friendly and professional. She even quickly made me a pup cup to go with my mobile order. I felt good after this interaction. However, I was disappointed by the lukewarm warm mocha latte I got. I have had this drink many times in the past and I could tell the espresso wasn't made fresh, the milk wasn't steamed, or the drink was made earlier than my order. This hasn't been the first time the drinks weren't great. When I went in person in December, it took 20 minutes to get a basic latte in the store; this is why I recommend the drive thru. There is plenty of small tables inside but if you need an electric outlet, your options are limited. The drive thru definitely needs some work as there looks to have been many cars who have run into the ordering kiosk.

Overall the place is fine my gripe is that they pressure you to tip them and half the time I get home and the bottom half of my coffee is filled with grinds. I'm not against tipping people but let that be my decision don't hand me the credit card machine and tell me to pick a Tip amount for a drink I can only have half of. A jar on the counter should be sufficient enough

Drive through line was 7 deep, so I decided to go inside....I think it took longer than staying in the car! Breakfast sandwich was soggy, fall-inspired iced coffee was waaaay overpriced.

Stopped in here in between showings on a rainy weekend for a snack, latte and a place to read. Everything was yummy, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was great. I didn’t notice this little heart until the next day and it really made my day. Thank you guys!

Went in to get an iced coffee on 8/16/2023. Was not greeted at all for at least 4 minutes, one employee was on her phone with her head down. I thought she was asleep. One employee “wasn’t on the clock yet” so he couldn’t help me. Left without purchasing anything, only excuse I got was “you looked like you were thinking.” Not one word from any of the 5 employees. Nothing. Not a Hi, not a We’ll be with you shortly, dead silence.Never again will I go near that location. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t customer service. Was just dead silence.
