Good to any other Starbucks. Honestly, any other coffee shop. This place is the absolute worst. Employees' priorities and attention are focused on conversations with Giant Employees, not the customer. Stood there waiting while a woman who works at Giant explained to the starbucks girl her current hotel situation with pets. Seriously?

I stood here in line for like 5/6 minutes and the two girls working just blantly ignored me. Seemed like they were grinding up beans or something, but one was doing it and the other was just there. I stood there and waited and waited until i just walked away.

If I can give a 0 star I would, but to write a review I have to. I love going the Giant and because there is a Starbucks there, I've figured it was convenient and doesn't seem as busy. I went a couple of times and always had a bad experience there. The times that I was there, the staff always seem like they are occupied doing things and I was the only customer there but no one seem to greet or address me to let me know that they will be with me. I have waited for over 15 minutes but still no one pay me any mind, even though they see me waiting. I was upset and left.The next time I went because I want to give it a benefit of the doubt, the same thing happened. The staff was helping the person before me, and they totally ignored me when again I was standing there and not being tend to. I was thinking about saying something and was like, it's not worth it. The staff there are not attentive to customers. I have seen many times when I would walk to shop at Giant during lunch and always see people waiting and my co-worker mention that same thing and that is when I decided to write this review. The staff need to be reprimanded. What's the point of opening a business when the staff is hired to do nothing but stand around?

Love to be able to grab my coffee while I do the weekly grocery shop. The person that was working was so kind and made sure I loved my beverage. It was so nice for her to say if you don’t love it I can adjust it or remake it. Such a little thing to say but it was appreciated. I get the same drink all the time and it was perfectly made. This location tends to be less busy than the other local locations which I appreciate. I can run in and run out without any issues.
