The Sweet Pea Ice Cream Truck catered our annual team picnic & they were a huge hit. Our team loved the ice cream flavors. From the chocolate peanut butter to the mango sorbet- everything was delicious. The truck itself was so cute and unique. Great for photo opportunities at events. Vince was super helpful and kind through the booking process & at the picnic itself. I would definitely recommend Sweet Pea for all your dessert truck needs. Thanks for helping us making our event so enjoyable for all.

I have heard some great things about Sweet Pea ice cream so I was so excited to give it a try. As previous reviews stated, it is a little tricky to find the location. It is in the same store as a Philly Soft Pretzel and both businesses could use more signage. The ice cream counter is front and center when you walk in. They have about 15 different flavors to chose from and they're all unique and delicious. I tried one scoop of the Cookie Jar and one scoop of The Bottom of the Cookie Jar and they both tasted delicious alone and together. The regular (2 scoops) was $5, which I thought was a good price for the quality of ice cream and size. I'm looking forward to trying different flavors next visit!

I used them for an event at my church and the gentleman running the ice cream cart was amazing! The ice cream is delicious and his hospitality added to the experience. I could not say enough nice things about them! I will definitely be using them again!

I found sweat pea from a Google search for frozen yogurt. Sweat Pea doesn't have frozen yogurt, but they do have very food ice cream, along with cinnamon twists, soft pretzels and other great treats. Reasonable priced and a delightful woman behind the counter.

This is the most underrated ice cream in Bucks County. It's WILDLY better than the nearby waffles and ice cream chain that lines form out of for no discernible reason. The ice cream flavors are nuanced and well-crafted, and the texture is pretty smooth. I've tried 4-5 of them and really enjoyed each. The portions I've had have been really generous. Anyway, don't wait in line for the other place(s). This one is a sleeper and it deserves better.

Horrible service had them at my daughters wedding. Changed the terms of the contract 2wks before wedding without a new contract. Made us pay for 100 people we had barely 70 and when they came they didn't give anyone time to get any they stayed barely an hour the bride and groom were not even told and then they just left. They don't even give the leftover ice cream you pay for. $9.00-$10.00 a scoop cup not worth it.

Stopped by Sweet Pea Ice Cream as I was in the Doylestown area and wanted to try something local rather than a chain. The storefront is confusing as it is inside of a Philly Pretzel Factory location. As a visitor to Doylestown, I had to circle around the block to find it, and only after looking at pictures on Yelp to verify it was inside the pretzel shop. I understand from checking out their website that their company is primarily in the ice cream delivery & ice cream truck business, but it seems they completely missed the mark in helping people find their storefront location and making it inviting with unique decor. The ice cream itself was homemade and hit the spot in the flavor department, but wasn't overly rich & creamy like superior ice cream places I've tried. I would rate the ice cream as 4/5, but the overall business as a 3.5/5 due to lack of effort in signage/decor, and prices being at a higher price point than other mom & pop ice cream places.
