Waters Edge Winery & Bistro Doylestown

Atmosphere is very nice and food is decent. Service was lackluster at best since there was only one waitress that got little to no help from the cranky bartender or manager/owner..

Went to show up for Christine and learned shes no longer there…. a shame!!!

We loved our visit to Water’s Edge! Such an awesome spot right in downtown Doylestown. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the service very friendly. Craig is a great server and the owner is very kind and informative and passionate about his craft. We will definitely be back!

Dined for a business lunch and had a pleasant experience. We shared the brussel sprouts and the hummus appetizers which were delicious. I chose the salmon citrus salad which was perfectly done. You didn't have any wine, but I plan on coming back and getting out a try. I liked the atmosphere very much and look forward to dining here again.

My husband and I had been to Fonthill Castle for a tour and went to Waters Edge Winery & Bistro for lunch. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff, especially our server, Taylor were friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Italian Charcuterie Board as an appetizer and Taylor let us enjoy it and had us let her know when we wanted our meals. The D.A. Sandwich was huge and delicious. My husband had the Beef Bourguignon Flatbread which he truly enjoyed. There was so much food, we took half of everything home. Will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

I recently visited Waters Edge Doylestown Winery and was blown away by the experience! The tapas and food were absolutely amazing—every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The wines exceeded all expectations, with a great variety that caters to all palates. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, treating every customer like family, which made the experience even more special. This place has a truly upscale feel, yet there's something for everyone on the menu. I’m so excited to have found this gem and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining and wine-tasting experience!

We love it here! Ended up here during the DTown car show and hugely surprised at this new restaurant. First, wonderful spot with the windows and looking out over Dtown. We've been here twice now. Always seated quickly. BEST burgers and HUGE. And I like fries but their sweet potato fries are delicate donut pillows of fries. Seriously, the best I've ever had. Fun wine selection for a flight and we got recommendations too. When the wine was out that was paired with the meal, we go a free glass of another similar one. Friendly service, great food, nice atmosphere. Will be back!

I’m please with the tapas choices and wine selections. The atmosphere and service are great. Plan to visit again in the future!

Wife wanted to go back as she had been there one time before. Totally horrible experience. Salmon on my salad was over cooked and rubbery. Wife did not like her wine. Atmosphere is ok at best. Bartender should be put out to pasture - an obnoxious individual adding to the reason(s) we will never go back.

This place is absolutely amazing..Service was on top, delicious food and the wine..excellent. Definitely will be back. ❤️

The sangria cocktails there were so great! I tried all three and loved each one for different reasons. I also ordered a salad, which is hard to mess up, but it really was just the thing I needed that night. But we will be going back for more sangria cocktails!

Stopped in on a recent visit to Doylestown. Had dinner plans later but my husband and I enjoyed a couple of glasses of fabulous wines. We opted for the Mediterranean Feta dish which was delicious and complimented our wine perfectly. Both the bartender and one of the owners were so friendly, you would have thought we were regulars (which we may just become:-)). Decor and ambiance also get an A+. Can’t wait to return

Waters Edge Winery and Bistro in Doylestown is outstanding and excels in providing a sophisticated ambiance perfect for both professional and casual occasions. We had a wonderful business lunch yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cuisine, excellent sangria and received top notch service. This was our 6th visit and is our no.1 choice in Doylestown.
