We loved our visit to Water’s Edge! Such an awesome spot right in downtown Doylestown. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the service very friendly. Craig is a great server and the owner is very kind and informative and passionate about his craft. We will definitely be back!
Dined for a business lunch and had a pleasant experience. We shared the brussel sprouts and the hummus appetizers which were delicious. I chose the salmon citrus salad which was perfectly done. You didn't have any wine, but I plan on coming back and getting out a try. I liked the atmosphere very much and look forward to dining here again.
My husband and I had been to Fonthill Castle for a tour and went to Waters Edge Winery & Bistro for lunch. The atmosphere was lovely. The staff, especially our server, Taylor were friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Italian Charcuterie Board as an appetizer and Taylor let us enjoy it and had us let her know when we wanted our meals. The D.A. Sandwich was huge and delicious.
