Very good overall. As part of trying different Chinese restaurants i ordered the General Tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken combination platters. Portions were good and the eggs rolls were excellent. The General tso chicken was very spicy, I love spicy but this was a little unexpected. It did not ruin the meal. The sweet and sour chicken was good.

Overall, combo dinner of General tsos and pork fried rice with vegetables was tasty. Broth of wonton soup was little salty. Rice was excellent and broccoli with general tsos little raw. Chicken well coated and spicy.
I've used Jade for years and hope to again with just little more time in prep given

My first experience with this place was bad every Wednesday I take my client out to a different restaurant and on this particular day she wanted Chinese food we arrived we placed our order. They were not accommodating to what we wanted to order and she ordered wonton soup and was told that she could not have noodles without an additional price. They only gave out free noodles for the wonton soup in the evening for dinner, also I could not get a shrimp roll because they add chicken in the shrimp rolls and claim they make them fresh daily, along with other things that went wrong that day we decided to give them another chance this past Thursday we arrived. The tables were set with silverware and glassware when we were guided to the table that we were going to be seated the silverware and the glassware was removed by this man And we were given Styrofoam cups. I also picked up a to go menu from the front desk and it was taken from my hand because it was not the dine in menu then the person who was a male still only gave One menu to our table. I asked again why did you take the menu from me? He said with an attitude, because this is the to go menu I said Well how do you know we don’t want to order at later date when we are not coming into the restaurant as the phone runh he walked away to answer the front desk phone. I proceeded to go sit down, but I was so unhappy and so shook up. I looked back at him. He had his nose flared and he turned red then flagged me with disgust . I decided not to sit down and let that type of person cook for us. Who knows what they would have done to our food. I also asked on the way out the door why wasn’t we given the glassware to drink from and no one could give us an answer so we left the restaurant. If looks could kill, I would be dead and not writing this review. He was extremely rude and I would never ever give them business again, and I have already spread the word to people who I know who go to this restaurant in the area. I wish them professionalism!

Ordered online - asked for Moo Goo Gai Pan. Received Moo Shu Chicken...
How do you screw that up ?
It's online - there should be no miscommunication or language barrier that could happen over the phone. Ruined New Years Eve dinner.
Not the first time an online order was wrong.
2 words = Quality Control ! It takes a minute.

My loss for not untying the bag of a large order and pulling everything out and double checking.. already waiting 25 minutes beyond the pickup time was frustrating.

Got delivery from this place for the fist and last time. Asked for a lg chk rice soup with very little chicken and rice and instead the brought the complete opposite. And very overpriced .

I have been ordering there for 10+ years. They are great. They did have a downfall when the head lady that used to answer phone calls left. I do miss her. She was very personable. They would mess up my order, but since then things I’ve gotten better. Overall, it’s good food

Jade Garden is of my favorite Chinese restaurants. My husband and I have dined in the restaurant itself a few times. The ambiance is great and waiters are really friendly and quick! The menu has lots of really good vegan options. The food is always fresh and they’ve never gotten any part of my gigantic orders wrong at all!

Last night, I thought I would give Jade Garden “one more chance” to redeem themselves but unfortunately they failed miserably!
I ordered (take out) the Orange Beef and it was awful. The beef was “shoe leather” and I struggled to cut with a sharp knife.
I considered complaining but not sure if it would have helped.

I ordered pan fried veggie dumplings which are supposed to be 8 pieces for 7.95. Ive ordered veggie dumplings before and have gotten 8 pieces then too. I thought it was priced very good. The menu in store and online says that. First they gave me pork dumplings and i went back to get the right order. I wasnt mad about it, just upset i ate meat which is against my religion. They kept refusing i ordered incorrectly even though i explained to them I don’t eat pork. I picked up the veggie dumplings, went home and opened it. I only got 6 pieces and i called them to ask. They said the menu changed but the in store menu and online menu say 8 pieces. She further said pork dumplings have 8 pieces and veggie dumplings get 6 pieces for the same price. That doesnt make sense and seemed like they made it up knowing I was upset. Veggies are cheaper than meat as well. Overall it seemed like they reduced the amount of food because they were upset about remaking my order. Very disappointed by the customer service…
