I have been ordering there for 10+ years. They are great. They did have a downfall when the head lady that used to answer phone calls left. I do miss her. She was very personable. They would mess up my order, but since then things I’ve gotten better. Overall, it’s good food

Jade Garden is of my favorite Chinese restaurants. My husband and I have dined in the restaurant itself a few times. The ambiance is great and waiters are really friendly and quick! The menu has lots of really good vegan options. The food is always fresh and they’ve never gotten any part of my gigantic orders wrong at all!

Last night, I thought I would give Jade Garden “one more chance” to redeem themselves but unfortunately they failed miserably! I ordered (take out) the Orange Beef and it was awful. The beef was “shoe leather” and I struggled to cut with a sharp knife. I considered complaining but not sure if it would have helped.

I ordered pan fried veggie dumplings which are supposed to be 8 pieces for 7.95. Ive ordered veggie dumplings before and have gotten 8 pieces then too. I thought it was priced very good. The menu in store and online says that. First they gave me pork dumplings and i went back to get the right order. I wasnt mad about it, just upset i ate meat which is against my religion. They kept refusing i ordered incorrectly even though i explained to them I don’t eat pork. I picked up the veggie dumplings, went home and opened it. I only got 6 pieces and i called them to ask. They said the menu changed but the in store menu and online menu say 8 pieces. She further said pork dumplings have 8 pieces and veggie dumplings get 6 pieces for the same price. That doesnt make sense and seemed like they made it up knowing I was upset. Veggies are cheaper than meat as well. Overall it seemed like they reduced the amount of food because they were upset about remaking my order. Very disappointed by the customer service…

Ordered at the restaurant and food came out fast.Price is ok.Brown rice is dried and has weird smell.Food is not bad. Just like any typical Chinese restaurant.Ordered 3 meals and got 2 fortune cookies and NO utensils.

I love their food and I go quite often, however I recently have been having a slightly not so good experience due to one of the staff members. For whatever reason every time I ask for extra duck sauce (one pack is not enough for an entire pt of fried rice) she takes the packs and places them on the counter while my hand is out. I understand not wanting germs in todays current climate, but plopping them in my hand would’ve sufficed. The thing is I have put in the notes section to please add extra duck sauce and they never do, so that’s why I have to ask. I’m sorry, but it is EXTREMELY disrespectful to put anything on the counter when the person opposite you clearly has their hand out. It insinuates to me that they think I’m dirty, which I’m not. I would appreciate for this to be addressed so that I can continue to enjoy your food.
