This was my first time visiting, and the staff was extremely pleasant. The food (pork chop with mushrooms, shrimp and veggie risotto, house pasta with shrimp and lump crab meat in vodka sauce, lobster bisque, even the Caesar salad ) was Delish. Would return for sure.

Food great, service great. It is very noisy. They did have a DJ playing music in the bar which is connected to the dining area. I've been here during the week and it wasn't this noisy. Would definitely go back anyway on a weekend.

The Chilean Sea Bass was cooked perfectly, as usual, and was so tasty. Also loved the crab risotto and asparagus. Danielle was an excellent server. We also enjoyed the piano player, Russell.

One of my favorite restaurants. Order the house special - pasta. Delicious! My party of 4 all ordered different items (pizza, pasta, chicken cacciatore) and all were great. Servers are attentive too!

The menu, service, and food was exemplary! Prices were reasonable. Unfortunately for us, there was a live electric-piano musician in the bar area, near where we were seated, who was extremely loud such that we had difficulty with conversation. The only thing making matters worse was the “entertainer” was quite terrible. We will go to the Jarrettown Hotel again on a night when there is no live entertainment.

I have been dining here for three years and I absolutely love it. I never post reviews because I am not easily impressed. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Drinks are spot on! Service is great. We have had Sarah as our server many times and she is wonderful ❤️. I also love that the staff does not turnover. The same great people have been working there for as long as I have been dining there. Bravo!

Waited over 40 minutes for a table even though we arrived early and had a reservation. Unacceptable. We wound up leaving after 40 minutes since hadn't been seated. No reason they should be that overbooked.

Service was bad, and they automatically added a 20% tip to the bill! The waitress presented this fact after we got the bill as if it was so convenient. Food was mediocre. The musician did not do well

Had a real nice experience this past Sat night with a few neighbors. Server was friendly and attentive. Apps were good, and all entrees were enjoyed by all. Definitely recommend.
