Tried party roll, grilled salmon lunch, and seafood soup. The party roll was good wrapped in soy paper and also had rice. I usually get sushi rolls in soy paper, and they don't contain rice. The salmon had asparagus, corn, onion, 1 piece of broccoli and carrot. In the many years of eating sushi never have I had corn.

I got the Spicy Maki Combo. It was okay but nothing special for sushi. The Spicy Crunchy salmon and tuna rolls were neither spicy nor crunchy and the ground up fish wasn't impressive. Maybe the tuna rolls were better.

Came in tonight for a table for 2 reserved at 8:30 pm as they close at 10:00pm. The hostess walked us over to our table and placed the menus down coldly before walking away. Food arrived promptly and our cheque was brought to us while our plates were still half full, on the table. We were going to order dessert but staff seemed in a rush to close up. Service was not a great experience, food was decent.

Phenomenal sushi. I own a sushi restaurant and have very high standards when it comes to sushi and this restaurant nailed it. We got the caterpillar, New Zealand, and the sweet heart roll. All delicious. This place is worth a visit.

To start we stoped in 34 minutes before closing. The first thing said to us as we sat was “Your order needs to go in now the kitchen is closing”. That started off the service with a very bad tone. Over the course of the meal 5 different people stopped over to clear the table, multiple times each, which was very rude as we were nowhere near finished eating. The food was amazing but the service unfortunately ruined what could have been a great experience.

Great food. All of the food came out super hot. Service was quick and attentive, but a bit too attentive. We kept getting interrupted by the server filling our waters every 2 mins. Food was delicious and had great selection.
I could just eat a few orders of the chicken bao buns alone. Everything else is good. It's not a big place, so plan your visit accordingly and make reservations.

I really try not to leave negative reviews, but I’m becoming increasingly frustrated by their take out service. Twice now we have ordered through their online platform which has indicated it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we go to pick up at the time it’s supposed to be ready, we end up waiting another 30+ minutes. This has been our experience the last TWO times we’ve ordered here. It’s extremely frustrating. We ordered tonight at 5:57pm. It’s currently 7:01 and we still do not have our order!! If it’s going to be an hour, please update your system to show that so we are not wasting our time waiting.
We love the food, frequently dine in, but the take out experience is driving us away.

We have been coming to Matsu sushi a few times a year and it was great. This time however one of the servers mentioned another party was waiting and literally cleared our table while my kids and I were sitting there. He went as far as grabbing my purse from the chair and handing it to my daughter. Definitely not okay. We made reservations in advance for a party of five. We came at 6:05 pm and got shoved out at 7 pm. We won’t be back for at least awhile if at all. Hachi in Chalfont is where it’s at.
