First time there. A very different ice cream experience and loved it. Great for people with peanut allergies. They have none. No PB ice cream or candies, but they have the most incredible ice cream I've ever had.

I went here for the first time with a friend who recommended it, and I fell in love on the spot!!!! I had gotten the monster cookies and cream ice milkshake with cinnamon toast crunch pieces mixed in, and cookie crumbles on top. I want to try their mason jar ice next time. Along with the Boba teas.

The kids and I stopped here before heading to the playground. We got pretty basic orders. I got the Taro Vanilla with Sprinkles and my son got their version of a Cookies and Cream milkshake. My daughter got a regular Chocolate shake. All three were amazing! There’s nothing to see inside other than the menu, the toppings and the machines. I got a kids cup and it was way more than enough.

I took my daughter here to try it out because it looked interesting and we love ice cream/milkshakes. The place was a normal looking ice cream place, and fairly bare inside. The lone employee that was there was extremely nice, but could've used some help as there was a little bit of a line and with these types of desserts they take some time to create. The presentation was awesome, but the shake itself was just ok. I would go back just for the presentation and fun factor but for a really good milkshake this wouldn't be my first choice.

These were delicious! The earl grey tastes amazing. They're about $12 per Mason jar, but so worth it for the amount you get.

Yesterday, I checked Google and the Surreal Creamery website, both of which indicated that the store would be open until 10:00 PM. Trusting this information, I planned to visit around 8:30 PM to grab some ice cream. However, upon arriving at the store, I was shocked to find it closed.Understandably, the Super Bowl is a significant event for many people, but it is unacceptable that Surreal Creamery failed to inform customers about their altered hours. It's not like the Super Bowl is a surprise event that suddenly pops up out of nowhere.A simple announcement on their website, Google listing, or social media platforms would have sufficed. Something along the lines of "Stores closed all day/altered hours for the Super Bowl" would have saved customers like myself from wasted time and disappointment. As a customer, I value transparency and clear communication from businesses. It's frustrating and inconvenient to rely on inaccurate information, only to be met with locked doors when you arrive.

I traveled 30min to the store to see it closed. The website and Google said open. The opening hours are so off. No notice whatsoever when exactly they closed

Place is amazing the ice cream options are so good and flawless. My only problem is the staff, every time I’ve been there they never greet me and seem stand off ish and unwelcoming. Coming in is almost intimidating and makes me not want to come in but I love the ice cream so much and a 40 minute drive is worth the product but not the uncomfortable staff.

This store is a vibe. For $9-$12 you get a large serving of ice cream (and or boba teas) which can easily be shared. They have a plethora of soft serve ice cream flavors ranging from Cookie Monster to Vietnamese Coffee. Also several boba drink flavors. You can choose to either get a float tea which is essentially boba tea paired with soft serve on the top. Or just an ice cream which you can essentially build your own by choosing your soft server flavors and toppings. For the float tea I would highly recommend the brown sugar boba with the earl gray and Vietnamese coffee swirl. For the ice cream you can't really go wrong with Cookie Monster, and stuff it with various cookie and chocolate toppings. The mason jar size is worth since you get to keep the jar, get extra ice cream and also get an aesthetically looking picture. Surreal is the place to be for boba or soft serve lovers!

Was so excited for a late night ice cream run with my family and was not at all happy with the outcome. Place has no quality control. We reordered the passion fruit slushee after enjoying the first one and the second one was not at all like the first one. Second the flavors of the ice cream was not worth the price. Never coming back.
