Mobile order process is terrible. You get a message that says it’s ready. Whe you get there it’s not and they blame it on multiple mobile orders. Now instead of waiting in line you wait in the mobile order parking spot. Will never order here again!

Every time I come to this dump in the morning, the doors are locked. I have a hard time understanding why a restaurant that serves breakfast only operates a drive-thru during breakfast hours. I always end up going down the road to McDonalds. I guess Wendys doesn't want my business.

We placed an order through the app & scheduled a drive through pick up. When we went to pick it up, we were asked to pullover & wait in a parking spot. We waited 40 minutes and finally went inside. They admitted that they gave our order away to someone else. Customer service sucks and employees are incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location!
