I got the Chicken teriyaki bento box, very good the chicken was perfect. The shrimp Tempura and California rolls I ate up very well. I believe the fried stuff on the bottom right are fried zucchini and fried mushrooms and the top right was very good/sweet. The service was perfect and the atmosphere is very calming with the music and how well the restaurant looks. Definitely recommend for a night of dining

Dietary restrictions: You're able to swap out stuff and replace it with something, I suggest asking the waitress for more info!

We decided not to eat here because the place smelled of rodent urine and mold. Upon sitting down, the smell was just awful and bit overwhelming. And I agree with some of the other reviewers they are very receptive and accommodating to white patrons and not to so much to other groups. I felt the same immediately and that’s very unfortunate because I hate to leave these kind of reviews about a business. I hope they do better.

Although we didn't realize we had to request the Hibachi part of the restaurant, the food was amazing. It was my Fiance's birthday and I wanted to do something different from the norm. We will bring more people next time to really enjoy the Hibachi part. This was by far the best fried rice I have had in years. Thank you for today

Went here for a bday dinner. Everything was great…the food was good…the service was exceptional…I loved the lady that served us she was so nice and funny…the cook was awesome he gave good dry humor jokes. Me and my family laughed and ate great. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because the restaurant could use minor upgrades to brighten the place up..it was very dark and the decor was a bit outdated but other than that this place is great. I def will be coming back…just not for a bday dinner but more of an intimate date as that’s the setting

Parking: Parking was easy as it’s located in a shopping square. I love that for the handicapped parking it’s literally right aside the door making it easy for those with disabilities.

Kid-friendliness: The chef interacted with the kids and included them on the jokes as well. Now we didn’t get any crayons and coloring paper but I wouldn’t expect that from a Japanese steakhouse anyway. But my kids enjoyed themselves…

I ordered the lobster tail and shrimps and they were overcooked which made them tuff. They served quite a bit of fried rice and vegetables but it was tasteless. I figured I could dress it up at home by adding chicken broth but it did not work. The fried rice just had a peculiar flavor so I just had to throw it out. That was a real waste of thirty bucks.

I ordered takeout so I cannot comment on service and atmosphere. We ordered hibachi and the chicken was so tough it was inedible. I thought maybe it was just my order but I tasted my kids dishes and the same thing. We could not even eat them. So $100 was a waste.

I really like this place - it's good quality and better prices than the mainline spots. They also have a really good selection of vegetarian rolls! Veggie tempura and agedashi tofu tasty too (As are the bentos!)

Vegetarian options: Tofu options as well as several veggie sushi rolls and veggie tempura. Larger number of vegetarian options than average for a sushi place. Vegan may be harder.
