Why would I do less than 5 stars for this place? Everything!! I really mean everything is fantastic! Food? Spot-on amazing! Atmosphere? Superb! Service? Extremely attentive and very concerned for our comfort, enjoyment, and overall experience. I highly recommend Best Cigar Pub!!

Decided to come here for my pre-birthday celebration with my wife. It’s about an hour drive for us. We usually go to C.I. in Hamburg, but had heard some good things and wanted to try something new.
We were greeted by Josh when we walked in, and he was pleasant. We then went into the cigar shop to look for something new. Honestly, I was surprised at how small the room was. The employee working there didn’t introduce himself, so I did. I asked specifically about Black Label Trading Co. cigars. He told me they don’t carry them, then followed up by saying he wasn’t sure. That was confusing, especially since I know they do sell them. I spent about 20 minutes browsing and was never once offered a suggestion or any help at all.
For food, I wanted to order the nachos but was told they were no longer on the menu. They did make an exception, which I appreciated, but they came out slightly cold and were nothing special. Our waitress, Jenna, was fine but not very attentive, especially considering the place wasn’t very crowded.
Drinks from the bar were good — probably the highlight of the visit.
We then ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was honestly just a step above a frozen pie. It wasn’t cut all the way through, and I had to ask for a knife. It also could have been cooked longer. The wings, however, were solid and something we actually enjoyed.
I mentioned to Jenna that we were there for my birthday celebration and planned to stay for coffee, but at that point we decided to cut our losses and head up the street to Dunkin instead.
Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed, especially given the drive and the expectations going in. In hindsight, I should have stuck with our usual spot.

This place is just fabulous. We were driving back home from NY and were lucky enough to see their billboard. Called to verify our dog can be on the patio and went right over. The atmosphere, food just couldn't be better. Jenna made everything so nice. I was afraid our Goldendoodle would go home with her! Had a great cigar and bought an ash tray. We often travel from NC to NY to be with grandchildren; this will be our regular stop!
This was our first time visiting and we were so happy we decided to go. Our waitress Jenna was absolutely amazing, she was kind, welcoming and constantly checked in on us. The food was outstanding.
On a side note and I’m not writing this to take anything away from the restaurant but to maybe let the powers to be know something isn’t right. I’m a guy and usually I could care less about the appearance, cleanliness or smell in a men’s room but, wow unfortunately this was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve been in lately. The stalls were dirty and smelled bad and the floor was like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Again please do not let this sway you from going to this establishment because it is a great spot. I guess this is why I was very surprised at the condition in bathroom.

I Ben customer for this place for year , I like to smoke cigars ,and everything time I coming here I buy cigar for about 2 or 3 months, and the cigar have a reasonable price, but not cheap, I got a good experience before until last time I visited the cigar store, the people in there where rude and complaining going to the back of the store pick the cigar that I ask for , I buy about 8 packs and they complain because they have to go to the back too times .
