A group of guys went to Best to watch College Playoff game and have a cigar. Couldn’t be better. Food was perfect and our server excellent. They have a great air exchange system. If you want to enjoy a cigar and have good food and drinks, you cannot find a better place

Great atmosphere, superb service, and a chef that aligns the menu with seasonal local produce and products available on the market. They continue to upgrade the pub to appeal to old and new clientele. We drive over an hour regularly because we love the people and the place. The great food is a bonus. If you enjoy a good cigar, it is a perfect combination. If you do not, it is not a complete deal breaker, as the ventilation removes an abundance of the cigar smoke. We take non smokers frequently and they enjoy their visits quite well. Highly recommend Best Cigar Pub.

Would have been amazing if the drinks werent flat and disgusting! 8 out of 10 people at our party said the drinks were horrible!! They were infact very very badly made with flat soda and cheap tricks trying to pretend its stronger alcoholic with a straw full of alcohol. My drinks were 90% ice. The smoking aspect is the best part!

Sorry to give such a poor review. The staff is very welcoming. The venue is very clean. The drinks were great. However...the food is terrible. Also they confused a party of 3 for a reservation of 10. We had to move table to table. Not the best first-time experience. Was not anything that ruined our night, just that we came for down time and was not comfortable.
They have such high reviews, but I cannot attest to the food. By far the worst food I have ever been served. Just a heads up to future customers. Stick with their wings and drinks.
The cigar inventory was great. A lot of great things here but stay off the grill. Many reviews of their food being great... it's not. Maybe out here... but there are no other options in the local area. Hard to suck with nothing else to compare it to, but they manage.
My wife and I came in for the first time because I was looking for a specific cigar sampler. They didn't have it in the walk in humidor, BUT since they sell it online they did have it in the warehouse and they offered to have someone grab it for me. We ordered food while we were there and our waitress Ashley was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. After we were done with everything I asked about doing the tour. The manager Steve came out and gave us a tour of the building (which was really cool to see the behind the scenes) and provided excellent service as well. Overall everything was excellent, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and to top it off the live music was a nice bonus. We will definitely be back again.
