They open at 12 noon every day, friendly folks, warm, caring service. The treats were delicious.

The ice cream seems to be fine, seem to be family owned? Not sure. But there are young kids working there, does need an update and gross inside need to be clean.

They had, what appeared to be a 10 and a 8 year old working the drive through window. That’s not even an exaggeration. The youngest had ketchup and sauce all over her hands and mouth. She handed us napkins and the sauce/ketchup she had on her hands was all over our napkins. She gave us lids for our ice cream, and that was also dirty from her hands. I’m not sure what kind of establishment is being run here but that’s beyond unprofessional to have children playing around in the food prep area… it’s also extremely unsanitary

Our newly minted three year old loves unicorns and ice cream. When she asked for a Unicorn ice cream cake, I was unconfident in my ability to make it happen. The Dairy Queen (Dublin, PA) exceeded my expectations personalizing the cake. Thank you, we will be back!

I ordered the same thing I’ve ordered multiple times before. I called the store and asked for them to make it differently than the online order. They told me they could do it. What I wanted to change it too was also cheaper than what I was paying for. I get my order and it’s wrong. I called and the manager was very rude and not understanding. She told me I was wrong and made no attempt to fix the issue. Like I said I’ve done this multiple times before and no issues. Very disappointing experience I will not be ordering from this location again. And I hope that manager gets fired, because she has horrible customer service skills. I have also worked in ACTUAL restaurants we have never not changed an order when a customer calls because “it’s not what they originally ordered” for phone or online orders.

I have to say I am a little disappointed with my ice cream tonight. I ordered a large vanilla soft serve in a cup with rainbow sprinkles, and my ice cream did not go above the cup at all it was completely flush with the top of the cup, which to me doesn’t constitute being large, but more like a medium to small. I have never gotten ice cream in a cup before that was not swirled up above the rim of the cup. Maybe not that big of a deal but I don’t wanna pay for a large if I’m not getting a large.
It is DQ! Love the blizzards and how you can customize them.

Quick and easy service. Used to work at a DQ so it is always nice going back for old favorites. Staff were friendly and kind, spent a bit talking to the owner. It has outdoor seating and a drive-thru for convenience. I grabbed an ice cream cake which is great for parties!
