The Dublin location has inexplicably removed the coffee station, so now you have to ask a server to get your coffee, and you can't add your own cream and sugar. I go there for bagels and coffee. This change is inconvenient and just plain weird. I got some explanation about them running a different restaurant at night, so they had to move the coffee station into the kitchen. That doesn't improve my customer experience. Update: the coffee station has returned! Great to see this business is responsive to customer feedback!

Placed my order on line. It was supposed to be ready in 5 min. Got there it wasn't ready no big deal. The bagel was supposed to be toasted. I checked and said it wasn't toasted. They said it was. It was clearly not toasted. They were toasting a bagel right next to me. The bagel was pretty soggy and had thick slices of onion and very little cream cheese. Kind of disappointing.

I went for a scrambled egg wrap with extra bacon extra crispy & is very disappointed! I received omelets with regular bacon and not crispy! If I wasn't already back home & comfy I would return it!! Very disappointed but I should of walked out when I seen a teenager cooking! Lol

My father in law almost broke his leg because he is disabled and missed the step at your Dublin PA location. There needs to be a railing. The step should be marked in yellow and a sign mentioning the step.

A solid Manhattan Bagel location. Nice vibe in this shared venue. Ordering is efficient, workers are pleasant. Service can be a bit slow in the morning, when they apparently have a lot of take out orders.

Re:Bradley... Responding that it's that the workers assume customers are Doordash drivers is ridiculous and irresponsible. First of all, I've seen the doordashers and rarely are any of them difficult to deal with. Second, take some accountability. Workers are on their phones when I walk in there, talking amongst themselves, etc. It's not difficult to simply acknowledge EVERY customer. You had two workers there who did that and you got rid of them both. 👍

I think it was the worst customer experience of my life. I placed an order for pick-up. I had never been in the store before and wasn't familiar with how the process worked. My presence was never acknowledged, nobody spoke, nobody made eye contact, I was totally ignored. I stood there for a couple of minutes when I noticed one of the employees putting a receipt on a bag and taking it over and putting it on a rack. I then realized that my order was on the rack in the corner. I went over, picked up my order and left without ever saying a word and without anyone ever speaking to me. BTW, there was another customer in the store and she was never spoken to either. I have never been in a store where the customer was totally ignored.

I got egg whites on my bagel sandwich and they were grey idk if they don’t clean the gristle off the grill at all during the day but that was a little off putting and the Bacon was under cooked. Idk maybe an off day I’ll go back to see.
National Bagel so went to Manhattan Bagel in Dublun, Pa. On route 313. At 11 am. Asked for sesame bagels NO sesame bagels at 11 am on National Bagel day. Won't be going there again. Usually go to Chalfont .Manhattan Bagel but Dublin store closet. So very disappointed really wanted bagels but won't do back to Dublin store.
