Real friendly folks, they treat you right and work diligently. Been there a couple times recently, each time is new faces but equally friendly staff, lovely place. I didn't ring the bell because I'm a bit too shy for that but they deserve some recognition.
In Dubois, PA at truck stop. Clean, friendly, and good food. We go to Arby's often, but not always in the same area.

A quick stop at the Dubois, PA Arby's was a breath of fresh air today thanks to Kristen, who turned out to be the general manager, something I didn't know until I walked out the door. Kristen's patience and customer service regarding a gift card issue was so appreciated. Why write a review on something so simple? Because in this day and age, you want those people who make a difference in your day to know it and those who are reading this. Good hire, Arby's!...
