I remember a few years back I would love eating here. It was delicious, for some food tonight and it isn’t very good at all. Stuffed shells, the noodle was hard. The potato’s don’t look or taste like mashed potato’s. Cheese balls seem very freezer burnt. None of the sauces came with it. Even with it being a delivery order still very much disappointing. I’ll stick with East Side and Fat Kids.

I just recently went to Charlie's for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic. The first time I went, I was given the wrong order, and the waitress apologized and quickly adjusted and got me the correct order which was lovely! The staff is very kind, polite and patient. It's very spacious inside, I'm a big fan of how dark it is, however I know some people might have trouble seeing their menus with the dark. It seems like they host a lot of lovely activities, such as trivia night! The boyfriend & I were there the other night listening in on Trivia during our meal, and it seemed like a great time! Would definitely recommend stopping here!
My only complaint would be the parking lot, as it's at a goofy angle and that can make it difficult to park for some people.

Sunday Aug 17 my family is at Penn Highlands visiting a very sick relative. We were very hungry, this establishment was recommend some went there. We walked in, were ignored. I asked the barmaid if we could seat ourselves? She said yes and that was it. She and the waitress ignored us for 25 min while every other table was taken care of. Even the folks that were done. We got nothing from no one. Water, menus, silverware, napkins or just some gesture of decency. It was very bad. They missed a nice bill and great tip. Will never be back.

We were vacationing in DuBois and decided to try Charlie’s and we’re so glad we did! Everything we ordered was delicious, the chicken wings, tacos wrap, spaghetti, and baked beans were all amazing. You can really tell they care about their food. The service was just as great our waitress was so friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

My husband and I took our grandchildren for lunch. My granddaughter ordered stuffed shells and they were so freezer burnt that she could not eat them. But we were charged full price for the meal. Will never go back there again

I got a reuben with fries, my sister got a Buffalo chicken salad, and we shared the friend zucchini. The sandwich was a touch dry-- more like the bread was just roasted than like the sandwich was buttered and grilled, but it was otherwise very tasty. All out other items were great. The service wasn't the best, but I think she was honestly trying.
Parking: Weird location to the side of the building in kinds of an alley shaped lot
Kid-friendliness: I think at lunch time when I was there, I'd feel fine about bringing a kid! There were items they'd surely enjoy. I don't know how much the atmosphere turns more bar-like in the evenings, but I imagine it would be fine.
Went tonight with 4 other girls from work. We got wraps, wings, and chicken salads. The older lady that was our server was awesome. Our drinks were never dry and she was very attentive. Our appetizers came out quick and and our food not too long after. I ordered the zucchini planks and a fried Buffalo chicken salad. Everything tasted fresh and really yummy. Their ranch is also really good and I'm a ranch snob. I drank 2 rum and cokes and they were made well and very affordable.
Recommended dishes: Tossed Salad and Fresh Cut Fries

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Left almost a whole pizza sit there. I've had burgers and wings here before which are usually OK. Beer is cold. 5 star prices for 2 star food.
