Made a quick stop on my way back from NY. Staff hardly cares about customers in store. My coffee was all over the lid. When I asked for a new lid, guy cleaned it instead and finally gave up and then put the lid.

The coffee is standard Dunkin. It's good!
The donuts are bottom tier for this area. They're fine, there's just better places to go for donuts.
The sandwiches are delicious, though they are fairly expensive.
The staff is always very kind and helpful.
I don't go here often but I'm always happy when I do. It'll be interesting to see how the new Starbucks effects them.

95% of the time, these employees here can not fill the coffee cup. My husband and I order extra large and the employees fill the cups to a large. But the price continues to increase. One of the worst dunkin donuts in PA.

It's a clean place, but there's no personality. The workers have no welcoming personalities, and the decor is so (to me) bland and boring.

Tried ordering in the drive thru, can't hear anything from the speaker, pulled up to the open drive thru window, a young blonde employee looked over at us multiple times and another just kept walking past. If I could give it a 0, I would.

If you like burnt bottom of the pot coffee this is the place to go. Normally I take a sip out of my coffee before I leave the drive thru but I was in a rush to get back to work and guess what there’s barely any milk and it’s burned. Every time I come here they mess something of mine up. I just wasted 5.71 for a coffee I can’t even drink.

I've been to a million Dunkins across multiple states. This one here in Dubois is by far my favorite. The taste is always the same. It's not different on a day to day basis. The staff are very friendly. It's always clean when I come in.

I used to go here everyday three days in a row before work. The employees are too busy yapping to get my order right. The percentage is maybe 50% I get the right coffee. The coffee I order is basic, they need to pay more attention to their customers than their conversations.
