They are impossible to get a hold of. We have tried 3 seperate times to order after 7 pm, but well before closing time. If you are going to stop accepting orders earlier than your closing time you should change your closing time. We will not be trying again.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food. Ordered 3 salads, lettuce soggy, chicken tasted sour. Pieces of hair scattered through the salads. Ordered blu cheese, never got that. Boneless wings were garbage. Ordered bone in wings, they were still pink. I would rate this place 0 stars.

ordered food from firehouse pizza in dubois at 5:15 pm. said it would be delivered around 6:00 pm... it is 7:31 pm and I have yet to receive my food from there. i’ve tried to call multiple times and nobody will pick up the phone. as much as i love the food, the service is terrible. this is the second time this has happened to me. the first time they claimed they didn’t receive my order but i had the receipt in my email and it was paid for. they told us they would send us a coupon for a discount on our next purchase for missing our order but when the delivery driver brought our food he tried to make us pay for it again and they didn’t send us any coupons so he wrote “10% off next order” on a piece of computer paper and initialed it.

Today was my first time eating here. There was nobody there when we arrived...Girl greeting us when we came in was very nice....we picked a booth to eat at....booths are very roomy....Pretty decent menu selection....everything from pizza to burgers....I had the chicken alfredo & a small side salad...my friend got the cheesesteak hoagie....only thing we noticed was that there were no "sides" to go with just a hoagie or wedgie ....they have onion rings on the menu but no fries....so that kinda sucked to not have any other options.... maybe get small individual bags of chips as an option to purchase...or have fries an an choice .When they brought the salads out they were very decent sized for a small....the salad was fresh and it was very good....no complaints...then they brought out our dinner....gosh both looked amazing! My pasta was delicious! It was perfectly cooked....had 2 breadsticks with it that were so good....I couldnt stop raving about how delicious it was....the cheese steak was very good as well....my friend was actually jealous she didnt go with a pasta dish....We will definitely be back to try other menu items...this place is well worth the stop....while eating there seemed to be a steady stream of people coming in for orders....I recommend this place 5 out of 5

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Went and got a pizza for lunch today. It was hot when I got it. Went to get a slice and everything fell off. Not only that, but I touched the pizza and the inside was still cold and doughy.

I ordered a taco pizza which according to their menu online has “American cheese, taco meat, onion, Velveeta, cheese blend, tomato, taco seasoning” what i got was a burnt crust with ground meat and burnt cheese on it. No sauce. No veggies. Driest most unedible pizza ive ever had in my life. Had a bad experience a few weeks ago but wanted to give them another chance, my mistake. Miss the old management.

First I wanna say to everyone that says about it being voted best pizza we'll take it from me I worked there and the reason it's voted best pizza is because Jim whited has his employees fill in his restaurants name in the news paper when there voting for trip county's best honestly I had wrote fort Worth in for quite a few things and I came to work the next day he made me sit down and erase all of them and put firehouse that's why they win cause they CHEAT
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up and they said it would only be 20 minutes. It took a hour to get my pizza . Never go back and don't recommend them. Terrible place.

Went there for lunch buffet, the service was good and some of the food was too. Wings were room temp, I like cold wings so it didnt bother me but the buffet had a lot of empty space like the walls are now. I hope they can get their stuff together soon. Overall it's still not bad it's just not like it was. It's a work in progress and I wish them good luck in the days to come
