Visited the Gateway Cafe for a Birthday Dinner on a Friday Night. Haven’t been here in a while and wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a full house. We ended up getting a table for 10 in the basement (no reservation). While that wasn’t ideal they accommodated us quite well. The food is what you’d expect for bar food options with some good appetizers. For my app I got fried shrimp which were really good. for my entree I went with a “Footlong” Fish Sandwich. This was a top tier fish (haddock) sandwich in my books as it is hard to find a good one. A good establishment.

This is one of the BEST places to eat in DuBois area, the best food, best service, and pretty good prices for how large the meals are, I seriously recommend the burgers or the steak salads

Had family in for Thanksgiving dinner catered by GC. EVERYONE loved it.
I ordered the prime rib and it was over seasoned that's why I rated it that way. Next time I'll try the ribeye. Hopefully it goes a lot better.
