Stopped here while traveling, tired, a bit grumpy and hungry. That changed during our visit tho! Great experience! Becky was our server and she was awesome! Food was yummy. Environment was comfortable, not fancy ( we didn’t want that anyway!) but clean and interesting. I noticed that there kids, older folks, singles, younger 20’s people, bikers, and families. Obviously Gateway appeals to everyone and that’s really neat. 😁. Saved on my maps to stop there again for sure...
Our waitress Amanda was friendly, and attentive. We ordered burgers ,fries .They were big and flavorful. First time there while in town. Definitely a home town place. The atmosphere is about the town and quite interesting. Great place to go with family or friends.
This place is just a few minutes from the freeway and the food and service was great! Our server, Pearl, was very good and although the place was medium busy, imo, the food came out quickly and was very , very good.
We had the breaded mushrooms and an oriental salad with seared salmon. Very homey atmosphere with wonderful vintage photos and memorabilia on the walls.
