I had the chicken dinner on Tuesday evening. Late that night I woke up sicker than a dog. The lobby was filthy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

We ordered from the A & W menu and the burgers were awful. The floors were dangerously slippery and there were a huge number of flies in the dining room.

Do not ever go to this restaurant I sat and waiting for my food for 30 plus minutes and then got told by the manager there was nothing she would do about getting me my food that I paid $30 for this restaurant is poorly managed and another customer was waiting on her food and never got it she also waited on a root beer float for 10 minutes or better . Workers was not friendly at all . I have never had such bad service in any longjohn silvers . As a manager of a fast food restaurant my store would never have done this or our district manager would have fired us

They messed everything up they don’t clean the store the workers are rude they screamed at us they messed up other peoples orders and there away the receipt so they had to argue to get the correct order

My food was cold, for no reason because we were there early enough. Everything should be fresh at lunch time, little before lunch! The waffle cut fries seem to have been cooked and left set. They were cold and tough. Almost unable to chew them! And yes I could have taken it back to the counter and told them there was something wrong with it , but I'm tired of having to do that every time I go someplace to eat. It should just be right the first time in the past 2 weeks I've eaten three different places and honestly people need to up their game a little. I realize everybody's short on help. I understand that completely, but my pet peeve is cold food. I do not like cold food not when it's supposed to be hot
