Food was as expected. Prices seem a little high considering it's casual dining. I was disappointed when I received the bill and saw an additional $2 charge for the one piece of wilted lettuce I'd asked to be added to my sandwich (unwilted, obviously lol)
But our server was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was updated and clean.

Food came date. They missed one of our dish. You have to wait for a long time to get the food you go to bathroom and the staff, keep knocking the door customers need to come out because they need to clean the bathroom and then staff, open up the door on the bathroom and screaming. Are you guys done? We need to clean the bathroom

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve been in a while. When I used to live in DuBois it was better. I went with my fiancé and it was terrible. Burger was completely unseasoned and dry. My fiancé got meatloaf and that had way too much breading in it. Our server only came by to drop off food and refilled one drink when both were empty, despite it not being really busy. Never asked how the food was. Overall a really poor experience and I wish I could have my money back.

They have the best chicken noodle soup anywhere. The noodles are real think, the broth is not watery & has the best taste, homemade like our grandmas use to make. Their deserts are amazing. Great fried pickles. Burgers are big & juicy. I recommend this Perkins.
