Placed an order at 6:52. All indications online were that the food was being prepared. Received a call at 8:01 telling me they are shutting down deliveries due to snow. Other places are delivering. Over $70 worth of food and even Pizza Hut reward points used and we wait over an hour to be told no delivery. I am done with Pizza Hut. I only order out of convenience for delivery, but the food isn’t good anymore either. Guess we are ordering Door Dash tonight.

Lady at the check out was rude as heck. I was at the hotel beside it walked over with my drink I didn’t wanna leave it for kids to get ahold of as I was sitting outside at a picnic table unwinding from a long day working out of town I get who are you and you can’t bring that in here. Rude. I will not order there again. I wasn’t staying I was getting my food and goi g back to my room.

Food was old and cold upon pickup. Pizza was cardboard consistency and very little flavor. No less wings were tiny, rubbery, and only 2 out of 8 had coating.

The delivery driver was very rude when he was handed the cash and didn't even appreciate the fact that I said thank you for delivering my food he also was very unsafe leaving my home area with kids out and playing

Pizza is garbage and the wings aren't much better. Also don't go by the prices on the menu in the pictures. The real price is about 50% more. Also how can a "Pizza place" not have garlic salt ?? Total disappointment..
