Absolute disaster in the drive thru. Waited 22 minutes in total. I had a pick up for 5:08 and got there a little bit before that. No one came to the window for 10 minutes. When someone did she said my order wasn't ready, that was placed at 4:50. A guy came to the window and said to me.. I hope you drive safe in the most sarcastic voice ever. I usually go to fox's. But was hungry for pizza hut. Guess I'll stick with fox's.

Almost the entire order was wrong. One pizza was pan and the other was hand tossed, they put the wrong toppings on the wrong pizza's and also ordered wings and received a salad. I did receive a credit for the salad.
I ordered the new snack bite pizza for supper tonight and it was the worst pizza I have ever gotten! The crust was so hard you could not even chew it! There was no cheese left in the crust. The pizza crust was so hard I had to use a seated knife to cut thru it!! If had been the first pizza I had ever gotten there, I would not have returned.,but I love their regular stuff crust pizza! And we enjoy their wings! So don't get me wrong, I am still a pizz hut fan,but will never get the pizza bites special again! I have 2/3 of a pizza left if anyone wants it.
