I would like to bring to your attention several service issues encountered during my recent dining experience. Despite requesting water on three separate occasions, it was never provided. Additionally, the waitstaff failed to inquire about our satisfaction with the steak's preparation or meal. We also received our appetizer with our meal. Furthermore, after finishing my initial drink, which I had since arriving, my glass remained empty until we left. We waited about 20 mins to get a check was never asked once for a refill that i finshed about 20 mins earlier and we sat at the bar. We have every intention on ordering more drinks and staying a bit.

It is unclear whether these issues stem from inadequate staffing or poor time management.

Kaitlyn was absolutely delightful! We are only in the area passing by twice a year, and this is definitely the best establishment with the best servers and food! Ruby Tuesdays are hard to come by where we live, so this was awesome!

Kid-friendliness: My son barely eats in public and he was so happy here!

Went to lunch on Sunday. They were closed. 11:45am.Could see the staff sitting at a table but just ignored us at the door. We left and went to another place.

We went for dinner 10/20/24 at 6pm. Seated right away and provided menus. About 10 minutes later a server came to take the beverage order. It took approx 15 minutes, after cking with another server to get beverages and another 20 minutes to get our alcoholic beverages and place food orders. In the meantime we noticed other customers experiencing the same delays. It took 45 minutes for food to arrive. Unfortunately all four of the meals were overcooked and not good. We saw several customers just leave without being served. One of the worst dining experiences ever. I don't blame the wait staff as they were all great, just stuck in a bad situation.

I'm actually surprised this place can pass their health codes. It's the dirtiest restaurant I have been to. The tables are sticky, everywhere you look is dusty with visible dirt, and the bathrooms smell like 10 years of urine have been brewing on the walls and floors.

The food was decent and quick, but mostly because no one was there.

Definitely go somewhere else if in Dubois.

10/19/24: A relative of mine stopped by our local Ruby's (#4462) for a take-out order for me. (I've been sick and wasn't able to go myself.) I asked for two (2) orders of stuffed mushrooms. What was brought back to the house was very surprising and not in a good way.

There were two containers not even half full of food. (see photos) The mushrooms, what there was of them, looked as though they'd been thrown into the containers. There were different sizes, from the tiny to larger sizes, instead of consistent sizes as advertised. The food was ice cold and had to be re-heated in the microwave. I live approximately 10 minutes from the restaurant. There's no way the food could've gotten that cold in a short amount of time unless it was cold to start with. At $10.99 per order, to have these show up in the condition they did was awful. I ate them after reheating them, but decided it would be the last time. My relative and I won't be going back.

My experience at Ruby Tuesdays was terrible, my boyfriend and I ordered the spinach artichoke dip, it came out fast however, it was ice cold. When we told the waitress about this issue, she seemed to have an attitude and took the spinach dip for them to go heat it up in the microwave. When our meals arrived, my boyfriend’s chicken was room temperature, my chicken was hot, however it wasn’t good at all. My corn was also cold and my mashed potatoes had a layer of film on it. Overall, not a good experience and will not be returning.

Sorry. I'm usually very Pro servers. Our young lady must be very new. Only five tables with customers. Server would disappear for several minutes. Took way to long for drinks, only one from bar. Our food was delivered 5 minutes after another table that had come in 15 minutes after us. Steak was not cooked properly and was quite tough. Sorry. Not a good day at Rubys.
