Taylor and Amber are such amazing persons. Their service in general was outstanding and there are not enough words to describe how kind they were to us. Food was as usual, very good. We felt as in family here; very recommended place to visit.

First time eating here, everything and everyone was great. I don't remember our servers name but he was tall, had short hair and very friendly & knowledgeable. I had the stuffed mushrooms, my only hiccup there was that for 12.99, I'm thinking I should have gotten more than five small ones. With that said, they were excellent. I got the ribeye & scallops combo with a side of mashed potatoes. All was excellent. Harrison got a swiss mushroom smash burger with fries. He loved it. Was an enjoyable experience here, I will go back.

I’ve tried this place twice. Not for me. Customer service both times was excellent. Food not so much. I thought I’d try it again and try something different maybe it’s just what I got the first time but no I won’t go back. Just simply not to my liking.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a ruby Tuesday and this one was really good also there is a set of train tracks directly adjacent to the restaurant so if you come at the right time, you can see a train drive-

It's a chain, which sometimes bodes ill, but we were not disappointed at all. Excellent service, well-prepared food in generous portions, and friendly informal environment.
After quite a few bad experiences I decided to edit my review. I ordered a cheeseburger without lettuce, tomato and onion. It was served with lettuce, tomato and onion. I told the server this was a mistake. She took it back and it was brought back with the vegetables gone and half the cheese that was attached to the lettuce.

This was the second time my kids and grandkids had gone here. We like the service and the food is absolutely wonderful.Restaurant wasn't to busy. Even with a few other customers and the grandkids settled in and ate their food. We will continue to go here. The price is decent. Thank you for such wonderful experiences !!! (×2)

Service is awful. We sat at the bar to eat and were not even spoken to for 4 minutes. There were 3 people behind the bar when we first sat down. Nobody else was at the bar ?

Where to start, what a awful visit. Waitress disappeared after taking our order. My meal was brought out cold and was disgusting at best. My girlfriend's meal was under cooked and the extra sourcream she ordered wasn't brought. I had to go find someone to come take care of us because apparently our Waitress had 3 other jobs to do. Finally some guy appears dressed in a old t shirt that looked like a dishwasher to hear our complaints. After another 10 minutes the Waitress showed up with our bill and asked how everything was. After telling her the whole story she said let me find the manager and see how he wants to take care of it. After another 10 minute wait she comes back, apologized and didn't charge for my meal and knocked 25% off my girlfriend's meal. The whole experience was awful and we still were charged. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, the food isn't even worth taking home for your dog.
