Great food and service. Terrific atmosphere where you can watch one of many TV's and look outside to see the golfers, white tail deer, squirrels, etc.

The Wolf Run Manor property is old and severely neglected on the outside. The interior of our unit 11A was in good shape and comfortable but nothing I would call luxurious. The location inside the Treasure Lake community is excellent for exploring central Pennsylvania. The constant presence of deer grazing by the road and in people's lawns was fun to see.
The unit smelled musty. The property is in poor repair. Basketball hoop and tennis court not useable. Sand beach closed due to bacteria contamination.Outdoor Pool 2 1/2 miles away. Indoor pool, arcade and restaurant 3 1/2 miles away.
Stained carpeting and furniture, scratched tables and cabinets, all the plumbing and appliances from the 1970's!! The 14 inch outdoor grill was crooked and covered in rust!! The beds are super uncomfortable too. Unbelievable!!
Traded through RCI , should not be considered as a quality timeshare trade. Positives: the area is beautiful, golf course is really nice, that’s it… negatives: our 2 bedroom unit was very large, musty , dirty, old furniture, holes in the kitchen tiles, cabinets falling off, windows very very gross, carpeting old, ripped and stained everywhere, the septic tank overflowed on our lawn, which I must say when we called maintenance they were there in 5 min flat! The mattress was very tired and uncomfortable. Tv cable system is terrible . The upstairs sliding glass door screen was broken and still laying on the patio. Outdoor plastic table and chairs are so dirty why bother having them out there. If this resort can update one unit at a time it would be a fantastic place to visit, beautiful trees, a fire ring if you desire a campfire, very quiet and it’s fun to watch the people play golf.
very steep driveway, once inside we felt better. Broken cement landings on our unit, just be careful getting in. smaller vehicles should be fine. beautiful landscaping and view. buildings could use some TLC on the outside, inside much better
This place is absolutely disgusting! It was so dirty that I can’t believe they are allowed to rent this place out. Stains everywhere, rip/holes in furniture, no internet, no tv, musty smell, wood and springs coming out of couch, bugs and trash on bathroom floor, old moldy towels left on balcony, so many nails sticking up on porch that you can’t even go out there, I wrote my name in the dirt on the entertainment center, food splatter on the walls. I can’t say enough about how dirty this place was. Treasure Lake and their facilities were beautiful. The pool was great and my kids had a blast fishing and seeing all of the wildlife.
The interiors and exteriors were not only dated but clearly unloved. From the huge cracks in the parking area to the abandoned playground to the signs that were falling apart, this was scary place arrive to after dark. The interior of the unit was dirty and clearly never updated. The water ran brown. Just now what we expected from a "resort".

Our family took advantage of all activities! We enjoyed kayaking, jet skiing, beaches, indoor and outdoor pools and golf courses! We spent time on our deck and enjoyed evenings cooking out and playing cornhole. The deer are also a treat!
Great central location to see the Pennsylvania Wilds as well as Oil Country and Punxsutawney. The units are older, but mine was clean and had all of the amenities needed for the stay. The Lake is beautiful with pools and golf available.
We did an exchange through our timeshare with Interval International to the Wolf Run section. The resort is dilapidated and in serious need of repairs. The decks are not safe, boards are bending which will cause a tripping hazard, if not worse. The unit was clean, however there was a ledge going up the steps that had carpet and it was in serious need of vacuuming. The sheets did not properly fit the bed in the master bedroom. The cable was not working properly and apparently had not been for some time as there was a sign in the room explaining it. We immediately decided to leave the resort, but could not get in touch with a person anywhere, not maintenance, housekeeping or management.
We may have been the only ones here during our stay in chilly mid-March! We came out to visit as many PA State Parks as we could, and were able to hit 11 over the course of four days with DuBois as our central location. It's right off a major highway, and DuBois is a small city that's large enough to have everything you may need. The property was perfect for us.
place is nice a little dated but clean and roomy Wi-Fi was excellent. its far off the road but we found many good places to eat nearby and wineries and shops the place is large and well stocked. we went for vacation it ws cold and snowed but its probably very nice in the warmer weather.
