Though the food and service is good, there is a device somewhere that is ringing constantly much like the malfunctioning of a hearing aid. So loud and incessantly ringing that I'm left with a headache. After asking its apparently a regular occurrence. Having this problem fixed would vastly improve my experience.Edit: Problem has not reoccured. Service remains good and food is quality.

Cole slaw is GROSS lol burgers were legit waitress wasn't much of a server. Had to chase her down for drink refills, napkins AND silver ware...might be back...Edit - went back. Idk what kinda meat was on the Reuben but STEER CLEAR. It was BROWN, never seen brown corned beef before and there was MAYBE an ounce of meat. Only ate it cu I'm fat and was super hungry. Service this time was real good tho.

Ordered meatloaf meatloaf tasted good ordered mashed potatoes then they came back and told me they didn't have any so I ordered french fries without gravy unfortunately what was brought to me was french fries covered in gravy waitress I could tell was a little embarrassed but her service was good they offered no discounts for the poor quality of food

This restaurant is more of your traditional style of a family type of restaurant. This restaurant has a large menu and includes an even larger menu for desserts with some of the best ice cream. Unfortunately this review has been lowered due to the service southwest restaurant. The waitress for our table was not personable. We had to ask the waitress several times for drink snapkins and straws. She did not offer us a dessert menu. Or if we would like ice cream. This service was the worst service that i've had at a restaurant In a long time. Unfortunately because of this service it did lower the stars on my review. Even after I asked the waitress for things. She would walk away and I would have to re ask her again. This restaurant is clean and the food is very satisfying.

The place was just about empty so I was surprised how long the wait for our food was. My grandson ordered the kids eggs sunny side up but came out scrambled instead. He left most of his eggs ate his 1 piece of bacon and piece of toast. My Reuben was very tasty and well put together. My daughter had Bourbon chicken said very tasty and would have liked a bigger piece . The waitress was nice and attentive but she had Soo many nose rings and things in it I found myself not able to look at her. But it's just my personal opinion.
