What is the difference between tavern and bar? They both serve alcohol, but a tavern is more sophisticated with an “emphasis on the food.” Town Tavern is a simple by nature, with a long bar and a rear seating area with tables and hi-tops. They keep the menu fairly simple by pub grub standards, with pizza, sandwiches and their next-level wings. As the definition says, an emphasis on food, in this case “the wings.” Life is short. Tomorrow is never promised, so Eat the Wings! Enjoy yourself. If you consider them a guilty pleasure, you don’t deserve them. I would say “live deliberately” and try the Cajun or Sweet Thai Chili - my favorite two sauces. The wings come in orders of 10, but based on the size and quality of the wing, 10 is plenty. Would love to see a “fleet” of wings similar to beer tasting. Hard to choose from the 34 sauce flavors and six dry rubs. The cost of the wings are listed on the menu as “market price.” Just like eating a lobster! Regardless of the current price, they are worth every penny. I have seen a few reviews saying it takes too long. Please, if you want fast food, go to a place that serves it. If you want high quality - crispy wing on the outside and juicy on the inside, tossed in one of their beautiful signature sauces, wait for that level of preparation. Highly recommend a visit to the Town Tavern. An order of ten of their wings and a cold on-tap beer is truly one of life’s simple pleasure. Enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think.

My first time here, I came in with my new friends from work. Jessica is amazing behind the bar, you never have to wait for your drink refilled/filled. Food smelled great and I ended up ordering two orders of boneless bites to go. If you are in the area and need to relax with a few drinks without worrying if you're a regular, drop in and let Jessica and the kitchen take care of you! 5 stars all the way!

this place is a joke. last time I went they took almost an hour for 10 wings and the place wasn’t even full. I went today and my wife asks for a water and the lady wants her license FOR ORDERING A WATER! wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here

Got some take out mild and hot wings. Super great taste and quality! Sauces are second to none and super tasty with a great finish! And as always, wings are super meaty and big, not the usual mini dried out wings. Really satisfied with the best wings I've had in a while. They are as good as ever, so don't wait. Order now and get happy!
I got wings here last week and I gotta say they were the best I've had in years. Bigger than average but still crispy and cooked perfect. I got 4 of the hottest sauces with 5 wings each. The only downside was they took a very long time to come out but the bartender was excellent and she made it right also. She was almost as hot as the sauces too. I'll be back. Get to the choppa.

First time here in about 10 years. They are cash only, but have an ATM. Food and drinks were great, especially the wings. But I get the vibe that unless you're a regular, you kind of get the cold shoulder. Lots of off street parking.
