Pizza was beyond burnt, and the chicken wings were terrible. We've gotten the Mega meal there every 4th of July for the past 10 years with no issues. This year was by far the worst experience. We may be getting pizza and wings elsewhere next year.

I ordered a chicken tossed salad and an order of breaded mushrooms, and both were terrible. The coating on the mushrooms was nasty and they were doughy on the inside. The chicken was some kind of processed patty that had a black coating. I threw both of my items in the trash and walked out. My husband's breakfast bagel was a joke.

First - this is a gas station not so much a restaurant but I found myself here when the Westside Deli was unexpectedly closed. I have some nostalgia for Pudgies since I grew up on it in Sayre, PA. It isn't top tier pizza but its good enough and reasonably priced.
My main interest in leaving this review, keeping in mind this is a GAS STATION, is that the young man who checked us out and handled our pizza was fantastic. He brought it out to us, made sure we had plates, let us use his pizza spatula to get pizza out and then took care of the garbage for us. Again, at a GAS STATION!
Worth the quick trip in for some pizza. (worth mentioning is we did NOT get slices but got a whole pizza pie for our small group of four).

Not the best pizza in the world. That being said, every time I have a slice it takes me back to my youth. School and birthday pizza parties were always from Pudgies. While my palate has definitely evolved since I was a kid I'll always love pudgies pizza.
