My family gave me a 70th birthday dinner at Aqua Bistro on January 17, 2026. My son, who lives in New York, worked with Maria, the owner, to make this a special night. It was indeed a special night. The atmosphere is cozy chic, the tables were dressed in white linen, each with a lovely lamp in the middle, emitting a soft glow. There were 18 guests and we were given a separate room.
The menu was amazing - salad or soup to start and a choice of branzino filet, steak, or mushroom ravioli. The meal was absolutely delicious. A choice of sorbet or a delicious cake (I can’t remember the name of it) ended the meal.
This was my second visit to Aqua Bistro. I had been there a couple of summers ago and Maria remembered me. Our dedicated waitress handled us with ease, along with assistance from some of the other staff. They were professional, friendly, and eager to ensure all was well with their guests.
Although several of the folks in my party were from out of town, the locals all said they would return to this fine establishment. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. Thank you, Maria and staff. A huge thank you to your chef for a scrumptious eating experience.

Food is amazing, service is excellent. The owner is always greeting everyone and the waitstaff is great and very attentive. We have been there 4 times and will keep coming back. Food seems to be all made from scratch and with love. It’s the perfect place for a fine dining meal where you can save a few bucks BYOB. Just don’t forget to take care of the wait staff a little extra since they aren't getting the alcohol on the bill!

A five-star experience all-around…an absolute gem! My wife and I came here on a Saturday for our once-a-month date nights (new baby in the family, so it’s hard to get out like we used to 😊). We could not have been more impressed by the service, food, and overall ambiance. To start things off, we split the oysters for an appetizer. For the entrees, my wife got the diver scallops, and I ordered the filet mignon. We finished everything off with the churros for dessert, and the kitchen was so kind to include mini cannolis on the side - a very thoughtful touch! Love the fact they are a BYOB. We will definitely be back!
