Brewster is like a box of chocolate , you never know who will be you server !!! Been there twice first time was charm, second time the service was not good . Ordered a sundae that came with no hot fudge… when I ask they said you did not ask for it …. Ok can you put some …. Ok…. In the final the sundae was good but the service ….

Stopped by Brusters after a hot (95) day for ice cream. Being from Wisconsin and connoisseurs of premium dairy products, we wanted to try the local fare. It was alright, B-, just above passing grade. Service was good, although they were out of some options (and at the end of a hot day, I can understand that!).
For a classic ice cream stand, Bruster's gets a passing grade.

Long wait of 15 minutes just to get 2 of our 4 items wrong. The ice cream has great texture and is obviously where the money goes, because the toppings and flavors besides vanilla taste SO cheap. If you REALLY love plain vanilla ice cream, you might enjoy this place on a good day. Specifically, the butter pecan is extremely faint with few pecans, and the "hot" fudge was still solid. The greatest disappointment of all was the strawberry shortcake sundae with cold stuffy mattress for cake acting as dead weight for otherwise tasty vanilla ice cream.

I used to get ice cream here all the time. The flavors rotate, but I've noticed limited flavors and a whole lot of candy. The Limerick location has a larger variety and better choices. The ice cream is expensive, so hopefully the variety of flavors will improve for this location.

The people are fantastic, and the flavors are delicious! We stop here every time we visit PA.
Came in here multiple times throughout the year and saw only one employee. Normally it was some poor kid. Some days there would be very large lines with long waits due to their only being one person. Management should NOT be leaving one kid alone all day to manage the place. Honestly the ice cream is 5 star worthy but the Management does not deserve the support. I am disgusted with how this company seeming treats their staff.
A few nights ago, I pulled in at 8:02pm - the lights were on but the 2 guys inside were cleaning up. They were so kind and opened to window for my order anyway - you guys are AWESOME:) Thank you!

The slowest workers in the entire county. Took 15 minutes to give me two scoops of ice cream. Unless you want to get frustrated by the slowest workforce and stand in line for 15 mins( you are the only one in line btw), DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Buy ice cream at the grocery store. Never coming back here again!

My personal fav! The staff are always very friendly and accomodating though id prefer to eat indoors. The variety of flavors keep me bringing back to try different things. To anyone reading this i recommend Graham Central Station!

I wouldn’t say the young lady was the friendliest nor was the ice cream to die for, plus limited toppings even compared to frozen yogurt. But there’s a nice seating area.
