Several times this year we stop by and it takes a long time before anyone comes to wait on us. Twice, no one came and we left. We appreciate the dairy free ice cream but they are always flavors with chocolate. If you don't like chocolate - you have no choice. We pretty much have given up coming to the Audubon location.

Rudest man, older, with a hat, maybe in his late 50s, at the window today 8.28.25. They ran out of bananas by 5 pm and he slammed the window closed! They have huge marketing photos of two different banana favored ice creams and no bananas? Decided not to get any ice cream at all because of the extremely rude service!

Beware of Cross-Contamination We love the ice cream at Bruster's, and we've been very happy that they have dairy-free, non-coconut options, as we have a child allergic to both dairy and coconut. However, tonight we purchased one of the oatmilk flavors, mint chocolate chip, for our daughter, and she had an allergic reaction. We assume it was a cross-contamination issue as opposed to the product actually having dairy in it when it said it didn't. Either way, it was a scary event for us, as our child's throat began to swell a bit and it could have turned into an emergency if we didn't have what was needed to treat the problem swiftly. We've gotten oatmilk ice cream from a different Bruster's location multiple times and never had an issue.

I love Bruster’s ! I love their oat milk ice cream it’s vegan and completely delicious. Their homemade waffle cones are fabulous. My husband and son love their dairy based ice creams! Take a look at all the delicious toppings.

Brewster is like a box of chocolate , you never know who will be you server !!! Been there twice first time was charm, second time the service was not good . Ordered a sundae that came with no hot fudge… when I ask they said you did not ask for it …. Ok can you put some …. Ok…. In the final the sundae was good but the service ….
Stopped by Brusters after a hot (95) day for ice cream. Being from Wisconsin and connoisseurs of premium dairy products, we wanted to try the local fare. It was alright, B-, just above passing grade. Service was good, although they were out of some options (and at the end of a hot day, I can understand that!).
For a classic ice cream stand, Bruster's gets a passing grade.

Long wait of 15 minutes just to get 2 of our 4 items wrong. The ice cream has great texture and is obviously where the money goes, because the toppings and flavors besides vanilla taste SO cheap. If you REALLY love plain vanilla ice cream, you might enjoy this place on a good day. Specifically, the butter pecan is extremely faint with few pecans, and the "hot" fudge was still solid. The greatest disappointment of all was the strawberry shortcake sundae with cold stuffy mattress for cake acting as dead weight for otherwise tasty vanilla ice cream.

I used to get ice cream here all the time. The flavors rotate, but I've noticed limited flavors and a whole lot of candy. The Limerick location has a larger variety and better choices. The ice cream is expensive, so hopefully the variety of flavors will improve for this location.
