Gave me the wrong order and said I was wrong then took 2 hours to call me back.

I have eaten the food and it's very good. The husband is very nice. I usually walk in. I ordered for delivery this time. One thing I'm my order was vegetable Chow Mein. (Chinese vegetables) She asked if I wanted the noodles. I said "NO, noodles are Lo Mein, I want Chow Mein. Low and behold when I opened my bag I had Lo Mein. The day before I walked in for fried rice. I initially said no to soy sauce but changed my mind 2 seconds later. Got home. No soy sauce. I understand that it gets busy but what I value most in customer service is the art of listening. I WILL continue to eat there but I quess I'll have to reiterate my request to make sure I'm getting what I want. Nobody's perfect.

They suck could not deliver on time over two hours wait time said deliver got into a accident that is bullshit

They really treated us very badly, the employee treated us differently as we could see that he treated other people as if we were from another planet, you know what I mean. We ordered takeout and it was really Chinese rice. 25$

I love this place, it's the best chinese food in town hands down ? my food is always fresh and delicious I've never had any problems with my orders. the delivery guys are super friendly and my food is always delicious. thank you so much for your services. ?

We love the food from this place in the Strip-Mall. I think it's owned by the same person who owns all the other stores.I asked for cooking the Chicken softer since I'm without Teeth.They cooked everything exactly the way I asked.The Lady is very friendly and outgoing.We had a chance to quickly discuss Chinese New Year and year of the Rabbit.Even though everyone is behind Plexi-glass, because of COVID and all other contagious things, it appears they are doing their part in social distancing and keeping clean.She even read a man's phone and his Order thru the glass, because he is mute and deaf. He read her Lips when she spoke. All went well.Food and drink always great.They make the best Sweet Tea like in the South and in a big plastic container.Free item if you order over a certain $ amount (which you need to tell them when you place the order) of food.I also want to say something regarding the other Review someone posted about "seeing Roaches". I find that to be untrue as I've never seen any Bugs and she's possibly trying to keep Customers from going there.She wouldn't have taken the food if that were the case. Nobody would.Every place in the Strip-Mall is clean and I see Employees taking precautions to protect others and themselves.I see the owner keeping a close Eye from store to store even with Security Cameras and Recording Monitors everywhere which is great for many reasons.?The machine to make a Debit Card or Credit card payment is right in front of the Window.There is Sanitizer on the table to use before and after touching anything there. Cash is handled thru an opening in the window. There is a small Speaker to speak through.Plants and decorations are beautiful.I know this is a lengthy Review, but it's a great place with delicious Food. ??They Do Delivery and the Cost for that is not the Delivery persons Tip. Consider Gas, wear n tear on the car, etc.Please, if you can, give generously, because they need to feed their families, too.Enjoy,????? Malachi
