There are always different people working so even if you order the same item it isn't always made the same. There's a lack of consistency. The wait time is longer than expected & the atmosphere is a bit dark.

Skimpy on the meat on subs. That’s the skimpiest meat (chicken)portion on a sub I’ve ever had. The bread and fries were good. I would charge a little more and add more meat. Chicken overcooked as well. Friendly and not a bad place to go, but the chicken issue is not a winner for me.

W.York and East Berlin very clean restaurant and also great service. Food is always ready in the time they tell you when you order by phone for pick up. Pleasant to sit and eat in also. Nice customer service always friendly. Delicious food, personally I’ve never been disappointed in any of the food I’ve ordered.
