Hubby and I was up visiting and wanted breakfast, we come across Rene's restaurant. It is awesome. Portions are great. If you leave hungry it's your fault. The prices are good. Food is amazing. The staff is all nice and friendly. Service is fast. Thank you Rene for a great breakfast.

My family and I came for brunch, I had breakfast, and they had lunch. The food was delicious! They took time on fresh cut fries and hash browns, I had a gyro omelet which was amazing! They added tziki sauce on the inside which helped blend with the saltiness of the feta cheese and gave the whole omelet a great flavor! While service may have been a little slow, the cleanliness and fresh flavors make it clearly a place that you come to enjoy a meal, not rush through it.

Sorry to say but the breakfast was not worth what we paid. Our eggs weren't done,toast was hard, was just not what we expected... I did hear the lunch menu is good though. Sorry for the bad review.

Absolutely love this place! Everything is made from scratch- including hollandaise sauce- I’d recommend the renes eggs Benedict for breakfast! Coffee refills are on point. If I have friends or family visiting, I always take them here for a good meal. Since everything is hand made and family run, it sometimes takes longer than a chain restaurant, but it’s well worth it! :)Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp behind the restaurant and it is one of the only places that my dad can get in and out of easily.

very deceiving that their website says they’re open when we drove the whole way from South Hanover up there to be told that they’ve been closed since Saturday. Yet they’re open sign is lit up. There is nothing posted on door about closing and if or when they will reopen.

Sometimes it's busy and occasionally it's just me ( I try to avoid the busy times like after the lunch crowd so I'm not surprised) , but service is always friendly and the food is good. It's a family run restaurant and it always is very clean, even when they are busy. The food is good, but honestly our best review is for breakfast. We mostly come for the great omelets and other breakfast foods. They taste great and the portions are perfect. I have used this a place to hang with my husband, meet for a business lunch and enjoy eating out with family and friends.I suppose every place can off days, but so far I've hit it on all the right days!

My friends and I stopped by here for dinner, around 7:30 or so. Service was speedy and friendly. I ordered the cream of crab soup, but it was a little too thick for my liking. It seemed like it was thickened with too much flour. I should have ordered a sandwich- they looked good! The utensils looked dirty, but were actually just discolored. Still, it's an alright place to stop for a bite to eat with friends.

My daughter's & I ordered a Hot Beef sandwiches with steak fries. The food came out & we had between 3 & 4 potato wedges. The sandwich had very little beef in it. It was like eating gravy bread. When we ordered we asked for gravy for our steak fries & they charged $1.00 for the little gravy over the 3 potato wedges that we received. My sister ordered a salad & asked for a little more dressing & they tried to charge her $7.95 for extra dressing. My family will never eat here again! Very unfriendly. A bad experience all together.

Ate there today worst experience ever!!!! My sandwich had one piece of meat in it the waitress was as friendly as a rattlesnake! Tried to charge us almost $8.00 for extra salad dressing! I did some complaining and she took that off of the bill! I'd recommend going anywhere but here!!!
My family came to this restaurant for dinner and it was amazing. The family runs the restaurant and the kids are learning how the business works which is great learning. They took the order, ask the right questions and the food was delicious. My daughter had the kids spaghetti, I had the best steak quesadilla around this area absolutely delicious and my wife had the gyro salad which delicious. Great service and great food highly recommend!

Breakfast ..... on a day filled with heavy rain we decided to stop by this establishment for a quick breakfast .... It's been many years since we dined here last and glad we selected this place. Plenty of parking on the street or in the back, we were cheerfully greeted and sat at the front window, view of Main Street, instead of rain it would be cool if it snowed, would be a nice view. Our server brought us menus for breakfast and took our drink selections, we went with a Cheese Omelet and Western Omelet along with sliced grilled potatoes and toast. The food was served hot and with perfect timing. We enjoyed our food and service ! Planning on stopping one day for lunch ... Always support local business

So, it's a little hole in the wall...went for breakfast. Coffee is a classic standard....no frills, just a good cup of Joe! Food was excellent. Fast service. It's family run so don't be surprised if the wait staff is very young! Worth the trip!

Basically ran by children, the food Is great and it's pretty much the only place for people in east Berlin and lake Mead to go to. The children of the family who own it take orders which often means the restaurant is slow however it's a nice place to eat.
