Sidney's Tavern is a cool old building with many rooms to dine in (plus an outside area). There is also a small bar that appeared to have a lively atmosphere. The food was very good - I had soup (very yummy!) and a sirloin. It was cooked to my instructions (rare) and was tasty. Hubs got the short ribs that he raved about but he wasn't partial to one of the sides. Next time we would ask to substitute. Service was pretty good .. we arrived at 7:15 and they were still busy...

As always the food at Sidney Tavern was superb. My Porterhouse Pork Chop was perfectly prepares and the smoked spaetzle that came with it was an unexpected treat. The service was only fair this time mainly because the serving of drinks and dishes were awkwardly spaced with long waits followed by the entrees coming too quickly.

Our server Anthony is incredible. He is a top tier server that could easily work at a michelin restaurant. As always, our meals were incredible and the wine selection was on point too. We especially like their wine decanter that has its own stand so it does not take up any table space. Be sure to dine at Sidney's when you are looking for high quality!
