I’ve been a customer here for many years! I’ve always had good service and good food here. The last several times I’ve been in I’ve gotten skimpy portions of veggies on my sub and the tuna is a lot less than what they used to put on a sub. The new pretzels taste good, but they’ve heated them too long and the pretzel is burnt. Once you do get to take a bite it’s rock hard. Ive thrown out this last one! 😢 Subway you’ve lost me as a customer.

Would give a 0 if i could. Was ordering on the app to get the 6.99 footlong deal and this store did something so i was not able to order on the app. Then they wouldn't honer the deal because i did not order on app. How can I order on the app if you turn it off. Poor service and lady that waited on me had an attitude. Will not give my service to any subway now.

Alright, buckle up folks, because this is going to be a wild ride. I'm talking about the Subway near Lake Meade, Pennsylvania. A place where dreams go to die and sandwiches follow suit.First off, the ambiance. If you're into fluorescent lighting that makes everyone look like they've just seen a ghost, and a playlist that's stuck in the 80s, then sure, you might call it "charming". I call it a one-way ticket to migraine city.Now, onto the main event - the sandwiches. I ordered a simple turkey sub. What I got was a culinary abomination. The bread was so stale, I'm pretty sure it could have been used as a makeshift hammer. The "fresh" veggies were a sad, wilted mess that looked like they'd given up on life. And the turkey? Let's just say it was as dry as the Sahara and leave it at that.But wait, there's more! The "sandwich artist"? More like sandwich apprentice. The speed at which this guy worked made sloths look like Olympic sprinters. I've seen paint dry faster. And the artistic flair? Non-existent. My six-year-old cousin could put together a more aesthetically pleasing sandwich.And don't even get me started on the "customer service". The only thing frostier than the employee's demeanor was the ice in my flat soda.So, if you're looking for a gastronomic adventure, by all means, visit the Subway near Lake Meade. Just make sure your health insurance is up to date and you've got plenty of time to kill. As for me, I'd rather eat my shoe.

The little girl behind the counter is very rude and sexist. I came in and she gave me my online order and told me I can leave. All I asked was if my sandwich had sauce since the special requests aren’t attached to the sandwich. But she was over the moon to help my fiancé who she didn’t know I was with. Got terrible vibes and an ugly look for absolutely nothing. I will never be coming back nor will any of our friends or family.
I’ve gone to East Berlin subway many times over the years and today I had the worst customer service I think I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve had a business for years and I know how to treat customers but the manager of the store needs some re-schooling on what customer service is and not speaking with a flippant attitude. I still remained kind while in the store and after getting home I had bought three subs with very dry bread. When I called back to let him know what had happened my choices were to drive 10 miles back to have the bread replaced or he would make me brand new subs when I returned them the next day When I pick up food to take home and eat I think it’s ridiculous that I have to go back and have it remade to get quality food you already paid $32 for. I won’t be going back there ever again!!! What’s wrong with society today?
