Came in for breakfast, food quality and variety were excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere I would call upscale cafeteria. Very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

It was a bus trip, so we already had, reserved tables. Not sure what the price was. Their gift shop is out of this world!!!

Overall, a fairly decent experience. Good food. Clean.
However, a hostess left a very poor impression. There was a booth area with a 'please wait to be seated sign' so I stood with my elderly grandma for about 8 minutes. No employees walking by seemed to be eager to seat us. So we went and sat down at one of the many open booths.
About 5 minutes later, I go up to get my food and feel someone pulling on my shirt. It was an employee (quite angrily) saying that I needed to go back and leave my seat, as we hadn't been sat there.
When she realized she was making my 86 yo grandmother get up and move one table over, she reluctantly let us stay.
Being pulled out of line by my shirt made me feel (and probably look to others) like I'd not paid and was stealing.

This place is HUGE!!! At least half of a football field!!! I was very overwhelmed with the amount of food in the best way!!!! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection!!! I would love to return here one day!!! Well done to all of the chefs!!!❤️🤗🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾🌹🙏🏾🌱👊🏾😇💕

Expensive but worth every penny. All the food is delicious and abundant. Staff is attentive and there’s a huge gift shop below the restaurant! Breakfast or lunch are the way to go.

I'd heard a lot about this place, but honestly, it was overrated. The food was good, and the people working there were really nice. But there weren't as many options as I expected there to be. I wasn't blown away by the food either, and for $64 for 2 people, I just expected more. A lot of the customers were really rude to me too, so I doubt I will be going back.

It was the third time I went , the food was a disappointment. Most of the food was fried and greasy , the fish items tasted bad , the roast beef was supposed to be world famous , but not to me , it was dry and gravy didn't help it . After all , I attempted to have a desert , but even that was less then par .. Next time I want to eat out , I'll do Chinese. They charge too much money to be disappointed. I definitely won't go for another meal at Shady Maple !
