I first heard about this place from a friend in 2009, & was so pleased to finally get to come here. I try not to say something if I don’t have anything good to say so I will say there was a good selection, nice dining room environment, & great gift shop. The temperature of the food was good & it had good flavor. However, my piece of fried chicken had been simply re-heated up & was too tough to eat. The piece of steak I got had a blob of fat & gristle the entire size of my palm, & was so overcooked, I couldn’t eat it. I hate wasting food but I couldn’t chew it. At a huge buffet like this & an expensive one, I didn’t even eat a quarter of one plate of food. I got a dessert & neither my husband or I could identify the flavor but it was entirely bland. I didn’t finish that either & neither could he. The iced tea was fountain-style & not brewed, & my plastic cup had a huge broken chunk out of the side. I got a different cup & it too had two chips out of the rim. I used a straw instead. We were seated beside a station where they cleared & stacked dirty plates & it was quite unpleasant. Nice restrooms, lots of parking. Check this one off my bucket list—once & never again.

DO NOT GO WHEN IT'S PACKED. It is absolutely miserable trying to weave through crowds of (sometimes flat-out ignorant) people just to reach the food. Holidays and weekends turn the place into a torrent of bodies and it ruins the experience. That said, on a regular weekday when the crowds aren’t there I could see it being great. The food is solid, the service was great, and the aesthetics of the place are top-notch.

Buffet utensils were not changed out with the new refill. Stressful atmosphere. All condiments were a disaster and empty. No ice in the ice machines. Seafood and fish were not in a designated area for people who have severe food allergies.

Made a lunch run with friends. Had a good time here! Place is so spacious! Plenty of room for all size groups! Food was good! Wide variety of foods and desserts. Also coffee and juices and sodas and water. Had an issue being seated. Hostess was intent on putting our group of 22 in a certain area to sit. Had to get a manager to accommodate us even though half the room was empty at the time! Frustrating! Please accommodate your guests! Luckily they did. If you didn’t have seating, it would have been understandable, but you had a whole room to work with! Thank you managers! Everyone enjoyed themselves!
