I recently had the pleasure of taking two busloads of high school seniors to Shady Maple for breakfast, a first-time experience that left me in awe of the enormous buffet featuring an astonishing array of food varieties. Our hostess was a real firecracker, and we loved sharing laughs and stories with her.
The steak bar alone makes this the go to buffet when in PA. Ya it's a magnet for those who love to over eat, but if you like to sample a little of a lot of good food...this is the place.
