While eating at the barbecue supply place during the New Holland Fair my husband and I met Mel (your relative) that owns a wholesale bakery near the the bbq supply that's on W. Main St New Holland. He ask if it was OK to sit at the table where we were eating. Of course we said sure. Somehow we got to talking about pastries as well as cheesecake. He highly recommended Sunnyside Pastries cheesecake. He was right. It's the best. After stopping at Lighthouse Church, I had time to stop at your place and tried the Lemon topped cheesecake. Mel was right. It's excellent. I'll be back.Sorry I almost forgot, the staff I met there was very helpful and very nice and also agreed that Mel is very nice.
