Don't believe the hype, this place is still the worst dominos you've ever witnessed. Almost 3 hours start to finish. Pizza is Hella cold and disgusting. Save your money because you won't be able to eat the food there anyway.

We only order at night, but they are spot on with orders. Delivery people get it right, 95% of time, order is correct. Friendly, they wait to cook, until a driver is available. Beyond happy with everything!!

This Domino’s location on Gravel Pike absolutely delivers—literally and figuratively! Every time I order from here, I’m impressed by the speed, quality, and service. The food is always hot and fresh, and the team clearly takes pride in getting it right.

I’ve ordered everything from classic pepperoni to specialty pizzas, and each one comes out perfectly baked with the right amount of cheese and toppings. The garlic crust and sauces are delicious. Their sides like the Parmesan Bread Bites and wings are also on point!

The staff is friendly, efficient, and always courteous—whether I’m picking up in-store or getting delivery. Even during busy hours, they’re quick without sacrificing quality. The store is clean and well-organized, and the service is consistently smooth.

If you’re anywhere near East Greenville and craving pizza, I highly recommend this Domino’s. It’s easily one of the best in the area. Great food, great people, and reliable service every time. Keep up the great work!

Domino’s never disappoints! From the moment I placed my order to the last bite, everything was spot-on. The delivery was quick, the food arrived hot and fresh, and the order was 100% accurate. The pizza had the perfect crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I tried the garlic parmesan bites and wings too, and they were chef’s kiss delicious.

What I really appreciate is how consistent Domino’s is, no matter the location. Whether I’m ordering late night or for a party, they always come through. The app makes it super easy to track my order and customize everything just the way I like it.

Ordered 1 item and store was not busy, shortly after ordering I sat in my car in the parking lot and watched the two guys that work there at night spark up a blunt with the delivery driver, I thought ah, they threw my order in and took a quick smoke break. No biggie. I walk in after 20 minutes (they’re still outside) and they come in- never washed their hands and say “sorry it’s coming out the oven” as I watched them slice the dough for my order.
I don’t mind a slack off but these people truly do not care- I just hope nobody gets arrested one day. The whole storefront was smoked out. 40 minutes for some bread is crazy too. Yikes

Don't. Just don't. Believe ALL the bad reviews. Placed an order ahead to be delivered AT 730pm. Didn't deliver the food until 30 mins after that. Food is cold and disgusting like its has been sitting for awhile. I dont live that far so it wasn't a distance issue. Whoever I spoke with at the store was rude.

I'm not sure why but tonight I ordered pizza and the driver wasn't even late but he apologized...then I got an email apologizing.... everything was fine. LOL. Just a little confused...

I ordered online. One pizza .I'm ashamed of myself for putting up with their punk BS! And paying for this garbage. Was lied to about pick up time. I waited a extra 50 mins. Crazy! Crazy I am for even waiting that long! Person behind the counter didn't care said oh it's busy. Then don't state that my order will be ready when it's not. There's plenty of pizza places around east greenville.and they all have way better pizza! You get what you pay for. Please if you read this go to business hardness their job!

I have had a terrible experience with this particular Domino's location. Upon picking up my pizza between 10-10:30, I discovered that it was overcooked when I arrived home. My attempts to contact the store via phone were unsuccessful, as no one answered my multiple calls. However, when I spoke with Manager Umar or Hassan the next day, he apologized and offered to replace the pizza. Although he initially instructed me to pick up the new pizza, he later called back and stated that they could only provide a 50% discount on a new pizza. msUnfortunately, this experience has led me to advise others against ordering from this location due to its poor service.. It’s more about the principle than anything.

Manager was rude. Never got food. They could not figure out where my order was delivered. No call back when asked to check in on this. I called back 2 hours later. Manager said there were so busy and that they cancelled my but remake the order. Would not give credit. Would not let me talk. Talked over me. I asked to have District manager call about this. I am sure I will not a call back. Horrible service and rude manager.

We order from this location quite often, but this last time three of us fell ill. I know it was the food because everything else we eat from scratch at home. I emailed someone from domino’s, and all they said (nothing ever happened) was “Oh, we never had any other customers complain… and we’ll give you some coupons.” I don’t know what coupons will do as we won’t be eating dominos ever again after our experience.
