Domino's Pizza

I ordered online. One pizza .I'm ashamed of myself for putting up with their punk BS! And paying for this garbage. Was lied to about pick up time. I waited a extra 50 mins. Crazy! Crazy I am for even waiting that long! Person behind the counter didn't care said oh it's busy. Then don't state that my order will be ready when it's not. There's plenty of pizza places around east greenville.and they all have way better pizza! You get what you pay for. Please if you read this go to business hardness their job!

I have had a terrible experience with this particular Domino's location. Upon picking up my pizza between 10-10:30, I discovered that it was overcooked when I arrived home. My attempts to contact the store via phone were unsuccessful, as no one answered my multiple calls. However, when I spoke with Manager Umar or Hassan the next day, he apologized and offered to replace the pizza. Although he initially instructed me to pick up the new pizza, he later called back and stated that they could only provide a 50% discount on a new pizza. msUnfortunately, this experience has led me to advise others against ordering from this location due to its poor service.. It’s more about the principle than anything.

Manager was rude. Never got food. They could not figure out where my order was delivered. No call back when asked to check in on this. I called back 2 hours later. Manager said there were so busy and that they cancelled my but remake the order. Would not give credit. Would not let me talk. Talked over me. I asked to have District manager call about this. I am sure I will not a call back. Horrible service and rude manager.

We order from this location quite often, but this last time three of us fell ill. I know it was the food because everything else we eat from scratch at home. I emailed someone from domino’s, and all they said (nothing ever happened) was “Oh, we never had any other customers complain… and we’ll give you some coupons.” I don’t know what coupons will do as we won’t be eating dominos ever again after our experience.

Had a horrible customer service experience here on 9/20 around 1045pm. I order from here atleast once a week. I got to the store, my total was $8 and some change. All i had was a 50 dollar bill. They told me they couldn’t accept it because they didn’t have change. I told them they could keep some change and give me 2 20s. They said they did not have 2 20 dollar bills in the drawer and i couldn’t pick up my order. Rough end to a day

I've been to my fair share of Domino's, but the management/service at this one is truly and consistently awful. I've gone to this location 3 separate times and 2 of those times our order was wrong, and the other time, my order hadn't even been started on after arriving at the restuarant 20 minutes after ordering. Keep in mind this was at 2pm on a Wednesday so its not exactly like it was busy. Something here needs to change, as I've never had any bad experiences at any other Domino's store. Hopefully something changes soon.

2 HOUR 20 min FOR MY PIZZA! absolutely unacceptable. I'm a very understanding person but 2 hours 20 min for a pizza, bread sticks and tatertots.
I called after an hour and a half and was told they got slammed with orders and the driver is on the way, he did apologize... half hour later, I call again he says the driver is 10 min away (apologized again) i appreciatethat some things are out of your control but just be honest...Finally my pizza arrives at 10:20pm ordered at 7:55pm delivered without a hot bag, boxes are soaked thru with grease and crushed. Open pizza and it's stuck to the top of the box . My barely room temperature pizza absolutely terrible to boot. $50 ($40.61 +tip) for a crappy pizza and worse experience. I want my money back Domino's and I am not one to go "Karen" and ask for a refund.
I'm sorry Domino's but this was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with any pizza place. If you were running late, just tell me don't lead me to believe it's going to be 10 min and it's another half hour. I would've canceled.
Oh and this is the not the first time this has happened so not a one time thing. Last time I ordered I know it was at least an hour and a half to arrive and I had to call repeatedly.
Unacceptable. I'm sorry to those employees that have issues out of their control and to the driver that doesn't actually make the pizza.

Great service! With great food! I recommend going up to hasan and Sophie! They are great people to talk too! They can keep a conversation! They have great customer service too! I would tip them well!

The reviews about this place are right. we ordered from this Dominos, they got our order wrong, Than I called them to let them know, they said They would remake it, Waiting an hour and nothing showed up, called them again, than they said they didnt remake it and gave me a choice to either have them remake it or have a free pizza next order, i told them to remake it, they said it would be 25 minutes, and its been over an hour since then.

Best Dominos by far the staff is extremely friendly especially the Manager Hasan and employee Sophie! 10/10 would recommend!!

is this place even open? they never deliver, i hate the dominos app for autoselcting this store. Tried calling the store, no answer. Absolutely wild for a chain company to act this unprofessional.

I can't remember a worse pizzeria. This kind of attitude towards customers (regulars) is not acceptable!!! The problem is with the management team! Ordinary Workers are wonderful but intimidated! I've been using this location for 3 years and finally my nerves went away! Better to drive the extra mile to Quakertown than come back here. Someone change the management!!! Especially the manager who works on Friday evenings!!! And how is it possible that in the same pizzerias only in different locations they overpay $45 for the same order!!!!!! And on top of that, a rude attitude! I don't recommend it!
