I was a customer who suspected the outburst from the customer from the latest review. This deli has served our community for years so for her to partly lie half of what she’s accusing is absurd. The cashier calmly told her that she has no order attached to the name (stating technical issues) me and my son watched him guide her through placing a new one. After 6 mins of the order going through she started demanding her food I’m guessing due to her misunderstanding of the chief system. Anyway she starts having a tantrum which is understandable, but coming and seeing how this fellow took her so kindly and automatically offered a full refund and still having lies thrown around is wild. Thank you lucky 7 for serving only hospitality and good food even if it’s busy sometimes👍🏽

Favorite lunch spot ever!! Everything is delicious and good size portion for the money. Everyone is super nice and I feel so lucky to have such a great spot to eat near my work! Thank you Lucky 7s for everything you do!

First time. Wanted a smoothie bad but didn’t want travel so far to get one. Researched and Saw the reviews on this was cool. Went and checked it out. Don’t let the outside appearance defer you. It Was very clean and organized inside. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Had plenty of smoothie options. Nice sizes, fresh tasting and decently priced. So glad I have a spot close by to go to get a quick refreshing smoothie. Looks like they do food too but didn’t go there for that. As far as smoothies, check it 👍🏽

we ordered utica greens, mac & cheese and potatoes for Mother’s Day to have as sides for our dinner. Very pleased with the food. Would definitely recommend, and will order again.

I ordered lamb steak and brisket on a Thursday delivered. after eating I was sick for three days when I finally called on Monday after finally being able to hold down food. The rep on the phone was arrogant, nasty and uncooperative. I'm a disabled veteran with alot of health problems, I can't afford to get food poisoning.. their rep was rude and disrespectful. I will never order from this place again and will inform my fellow veterans to stay away from this place too. Signed angry vet.

I want to thank Lucky 7, on behalf of the Liverpool Elks Lodge 2348, for catering our event! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and they did a spectacular job. I love everything about this place. The food is fabulous, the prices are great, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend them for your next event! Thank you Lucky 7!

The owners are very nice.The food is priced reasonably and tastes delicious they have the best cooks.but the smoothies and fresh juice are so good it’s actually insane and it’s not expensive i love it!!! And the guy who said they surcharge 5$ isnt telling the truth ive been coming for 2 ish years

This is a MUST VISIT every time I’m in Syracuse. Amazing food and the people are super nice. Utica Style Chicken Riggies are my favorite. 🤩
