The dining experience was exceptional. The quality of the food was truly remarkable. While there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance, the exceptional culinary offerings more than compensate for any shortcomings. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future. The sushi, in particular, was exceptionally fresh and delectable.

I just had a Phenomenal dinner here! All the ingredients were fresh, the presentations were gorgeous (I wish I'd taken photos!) and the flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced. The Seaweed Salad was a really nice sized portion. The MVP Roll was a delicious combo of heat and acid, perfectly complemented by the creamy avo and fresh green garnish. The Baked Eggplant small plate was without a doubt one of the best things I've ever eaten! I love trying new things and I had no idea what to expect. It was so rich and savory/sweet it was almost like a desert! The presentation made it look like a giant fig, and I could taste the fig essence in the sauce it was baked in. And the way it was baked made the eggplant flesh so decadent, almost the texture of bone marrow. I can't wait to eat here again! I also like that its a BYOB. My entire meal was only $38 + tip!
*One suggestion: service was overall good, but it was a busy night and they only staffed one server, one runner and a busser to cover the entire dining room. They were all working very hard, but a second server would help a lot.

One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had. They had such a wide variety and each were done to perfection and came out and the whole platter came out quickly. The lady who served this was an absolute delight, and very patient.

This is my favorite sushi place when we’re in the area! So lucky I discovered this place a few years ago, it never disappoints. The food is amazing, fish is always fresh and tastes great. Takeout order takes no more than 20 minutes even on the busiest days. Sam is nice and friendly too. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves a good and freshly made Japanese food.

I’ve been coming to Blue Fin for years (even when they were located previously on Germantown Pike). After all these years, the food and the service has not changed – it’s wonderful. I had to write a review and really sing Blue Fin’s praises after my most recent visit. For my 40th birthday last week, I wanted my birthday celebration at Blue Fin with my closest friends. There were 7 of us and we were really loud (so sorry)! The chef brought out the sushi and very politely, asked us to bring the volume down. He was super sweet with his approach. The restaurant closed at 8:30 and we were there till 9:30, everyone had left.I really could not thank Blue Fin enough for their patience on a loud Wednesday night. They really went above and beyond.The sushi is dynamite too, best in the area. My go to’s for the last 15 years: Wasabi shumai, Davitch roll and No Name II.Thank you BlueFin, for everything! (PS, we did tip well.. a dollar a yell).. lol
