As always, the food here was fantastic, but what truly elevates the experience is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. On this particular visit, one individual really stood out—Dave. Not only was he a top-notch worker, but he also struck me as a genuinely kind and respectful person. It’s heartwarming to see younger members of our community show such respect for their elders, something that really stood out in Dave's demeanor.
Beyond his professionalism, Dave went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful experience. My wife and kids are vegetarians, and he took the time to recommend the best options off the menu, making sure we had everything we needed for a satisfying meal. His thoughtful service really made a difference.
Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of him, and if anyone deserves a raise, it's Dave—100%. It’s rare to find someone who combines such excellent service with a personal touch, and it really made our visit special. We'll definitely be back, thanks to both the great food and Dave’s exceptional hospitality!

i ordered just a chicken deluxe sandwich, without pickles, and when i finally got it i took a bite and found hair. plus it was cold. so i went back around and whoever i talked to was nice and apologetic. i got a refund, free fries, and another sandwich. i open the sandwich, it was a spicy chicken deluxe with pickles. everything that i did not ask for. however, i didn’t want to be annoying so i just ate it. now i woke up with the worst stomachache. ive never had a problem with this place before i dont know what happened
edit: its been a couple of days and im still having problems. i think i genuinely got food poisoning from here

As I a sitting in the drive thru for the last 20 minutes and sitting about 15 cars to the window. Can’t help to think of the genius who engineered this drive thru should be working fry machine inside. How stupid is it to have 2 drive through lines and ONE person bringing out food? Off to Taco Bell I go!
Chick-fil-A never disappoints, but the East Norriton location stands out for its exceptional service. Amidst the summer heat, their Diet Lemonade has been a refreshing oasis. It’s the perfect balance of tart and sweet, making it an ideal thirst quencher for these sunny days. A must-try for anyone visiting!

Very disappointing this location does not recognize our Veterans who have served our Country. I stopped by with my husband who is a Veteran experiencing many health issues to find this location does not give our Veterans a discount. Also the chicken tenders were so much smaller in size and overcooked. Very disappointing to us.
