This was easily the best chick fil a I have eaten at. The lady at the counter was incredibly efficient, and we had our food to our table in easily less than 5 minutes (with a shake too). The restaurant was clean, with fresh flowers on the table.

Totally baffled by the grilled chicken sandwich. I never have stomach issues ever and use to love their grilled chicken clubs and then about 2 months ago whenever I eat one, my stomach is messed up for the rest of the day. They must have changed something because it’s the only fast food that does it.

Look at the 5 things you can barely call nuggets that I received with my reward. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean you should serve low-quality food. This was disappointing—free or not, customers deserve better. Shame!

Other than Roco continuously not saying my pleasure 😭 and shirt looking like it needed washed 20x over. I love the food and atmosphere. Sometimes I go just to hear my pleasure. If I wanted basic I'd go to McDonald's.

Well, my experience at this particular location that I've been patronizing for at least almost I don't know 78 years, is not the best but they are not the worst either the only thing well not the only thing but one of the things that I don't like is that in the evening around the busiest time dinner time they have a lot of teenagers working and it just turns into a big socializing type of place a lot of the leadership is super young and when you're trying to be cool and also be someone's boss it doesn't work well.... I noticed that the owner must instruct employees to cut back on certain items if you are not getting something for free off of the my chick fil A account... They just cut corners on a lot of things like instead of giving you an a whole sausage patty for breakfast they will give you half and cut it in pieces like you not going to notice. They do the same with the bacon 🥓.. and they will give you cold freeze or cold nuggets that have been sitting under the warmer or so-called warmer until they're not too warm anymore and you have to literally beg to get hot food.... Then they will blame you and say that you took too long to get there... Overall atmospheres okay I mean it's convenient and if you complain you can't get your food the way you want it just a hassle sometimes but I will probably continue to go to this location but I only give it a 2 and a half to three out of five stars...
Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20am. The app says”your order is being prepared, proceed to restaurant.” Then I get there at 10:32am and they tell me they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. That’s the whole point of preorder on the app!!

i got the 30 nugget heart tray, a large fry, and a medium lemonade pros: GREAT service every employee was super nice food was the same as any chick fil a which is pretty good very clean plus quick service

Be sure to check your bag before you pull off from the drive thru. Something is wrong each time. Is this restaurant struggling? Why is getting an extra sauce packet like pulling teeth? Even when the order says to add extra?

Same issue with the sauces. What's so hard? Is there a dipping sauce shortage that we're unaware of? This time there were NO SAUCES!
