Your employee, Hakeem, needs a raise! He goes above and beyond every time. He’s always friendly, professional, and makes sure the order is perfect. Whether it’s a quick pickup or a late-night delivery, he consistently provides excellent service.

We generally order the same pizza toppings - pepperoni and Italian sausage. Tonight the sausage topping was not at all the same. It was small pieces of a dry and smoky tasting item. Certainly not the usual. Hope it's made right the next time.

it might look like pizza in a pizza box, and share ingredients akin to pizza, but in no way shape or form does this have the texture or taste of pizza...

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pan pizzas, only to find one completely burnt and the other lacking the extra cheese I paid for. The pizza was dry and unappetizing. I returned to the store within minutes, and while the staff was courteous and willing to fix the issue, the general manager’s attitude was unacceptable. Instead of providing good customer service, she was dismissive, condescending, and acted as if I was simply trying to take advantage of the situation. I have ordered this pizza many times before and have never had this issue, yet she insisted nothing was wrong. This new General Manager said they followed all domino’s regulations and do things by the book. A true professional would focus on customer satisfaction, not arguing over a clearly subpar order. This level of service is unacceptable, and they just lost a long time customer.

Didn’t receive my delivery until 2 hours after I placed my order. They do not answer the phone nor does customer care do anything.

Left dominos 8:36 plans to deliver at 9:27. Like WHAT … no one answers the phone

Based on their tracker, my pizza sat for 50 minutes before it was delivered so no surprise it was cold on arrival. This is a management issue. Tell the customers it will be a wait? Organize your service better so pizzas do not sit? I understand short staffing and have patience for it but delivering ice cold food with no notice or explanation is unacceptable. I should have read the other reviews. Pizza Hut is across the street.

I order food at 5 it's said on tracker that DM was preparing my food by 501 well it's now 810 it still says food being prepared I have call store 5 times only to b put on hold right away never talking to someone on hold so long it hung up on me I think I am out of 40$ guess I should of just ate from venting machine

The woman working today, Super Bowl Sunday deserves a raise or a promotion. Not only did she handle an incredibly rude customer, she dealt with system issues and staff callouts on one of the busiest days of the year. Yet she handled it all with grace. Ensured everyone waiting at the store when their orders will be completed even with a system outage. She deserves recognition from the company for her dedication, professional demeanor, and quality customer service. Please give people a break the entire world is short staffed right now.

I really regret having to write this review bc there are good people that work at this location whom I do not fault for the terrible delivery times and worst pizza I’ve ever had. They need more training and support or just shut it down. Spending $70 for pizza that is way too thin and uneven, hardly any sauce and overcooked is outrageous. Do better Dominos. They have lost my business for good.

Quick and great service. They call you when they have an issue with delivery service after you placed an order. Very friendly and courteous staff
