The person working behind the counter doesn't even understand the product that they're selling. We told them two drinks specifically both of which are on the holiday menu, and neither of us got what we ordered. We had to explain to them multiple times what we wanted because they didn't understand us and we still ended up with the wrong beverages. Normally this would be something we would attempt to correct however it did not seem worth the effort. If you're ordering off the app or the screen I'm sure it would be fine, but if you're trying to order in person I wish you the best of luck.

The Atmosphere has four stars just because I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE GETTING STARES FROM CUSTOMERS. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?
Parking: I never have a problem with parking.
Kid-friendliness: He’s good when talking to my younger brother. My brother is a big shy though.
Everything at Dunkin Donuts was very good and Sam does an excellent job at Serving and Cashier too !! ??

The workers there care more about door dash and other services like that and ignore the people that walk in. You're waiting for almost 10 minutes just to order. The manager stated I could use a coupon that was for coffee on my hot chocolate and the one worker refused to honor that.
