I wish I could give this a zero star rating but I can’t.. so I will give it a one! So I live in blue bell and this McDonalds is closer to me than the other one in east Norriton I would prefer the other. Every time me and my family come here they are so rude, we’re always asking for some sauce they forgot to put in, they get an attitude or even god for bid you tell them that they forgot an item they will get all mad. This one manger Jim is so mean and always rude. One time me and my family did a pickup order coming home and we went to in and not only did they forget my one meal they didn’t put any of the drinks in a cup holder there was 5 drinks. The fries were freezing cold and over salted, also our fries are never full it’s always half full! 😤Wasted 50+. They need better workers and BETTER MANAGERS 🙄😡😡

This issue for the manager or one of the corporate offices. I'm having a serious problem with the ones that makes the burgers on tbe grill. The night shift grill person is dousing the burgers with a very huge amount of salt. Ifvi could go home and make my own food I would but I work late and I don't have Time to make food. It's why so.e people depend on you but you need to educate these young people doing things to the food so people would stop showing up. The dousing of tbe salt is being done purposefully. I'm just giving you a heads up-someone is going g to eat that salt sandwiches and get really sick and you're going to get sued. This is a very serious matter. These kids back there thinks it's a joke until they go to prison for the injury that is going to be bestowed upon an unsuspecting person with high blood pressure or heart issue . You best the sandwiches are horrible and we have to pay money for trash every time I go there.

I offered from door dash I called manager name Jim was very rude and unprofessional he placed me on hold answering me what I said excuse me I placed an order on door dash dash to him and stated please no salt on Big Mac and fries he stated he did not see an order in my name which Beas false my food was delivered missing Big Mac fries cold and old 4 apples pies hard no good fries half field up on a large frie
This order was discusting and deleliberate act on the so called manager Jim I was talked to in an arrogant and ignorant manner I will call Mc Cooperate on Monday to file a formal complaint on this manager
I highly do not recommend this McDonald’ I wonder how certain employees are treated here as well I will never step feet nor order at this location again Jim be looking for a call from cooperate Headquarters

I live in the middle of 2 McDonald’s restaurants and I will choose this one 100% of the time. My food and fries are always fresh and hot and my order is always correct. The thing that sets this McDonald’s apart from others is the amazing service that I get every single time I go. The staff didn’t even realize that I wasn’t really having the best day today, but just going through the drive-through and being treated with kindness for the first time today, it really meant a lot to me. Every single person I’ve ever encountered at this McDonald’s has been such a pleasure every time. I don’t know what you guys are doing, but keep doing it. I eat ALOT of McDonald’s 🤣

Went through the drive through around 9:30pm for a simple QP meal for supper and a mcflurry 1st the wait was ridiculous waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through #2 the what looked like the shift manager didn't tell me my total till the window then told me my total $19 and some change then hands me back $2 and some change from a $20 bill looked at the receipt and it was actually $17 something which isn't a huge deal but cmon you can't be that stupid #3 I forgot to mention rushed me through my order at the speaker and #4 and the biggest issue of all is my damn burger was still red in the middle my fries were cold and unsalted and basically threw everything out the window into my car im hoping I don't sick to be completely honest.

I stopped by this place @11pm on Sat 3/8/25 waited for my food that took 15 extra min for 2 meal and they took a bite out of my sandwich I will never go back to this location again. Very sad the worst experience I ever had at a McDonald's. And I'm telling everyone to stay away only God knows what they are doing to other people's food smh
