Absolutely nasty staff with horrible attitudes. I ordered breakfast through the app and went to pick it up at 11:05. The woman at the drive-through told me because I didn’t pick it up by 11, they weren’t able to make it. I don’t understand because I ordered well in advance, giving them plenty of time to make it. When they asked, if I wanted something else, I just told her I would like a refund. The amount of attitude in response to that was unbelievable. She closed the window and just walked away without saying anything. I sat in the drive-through for a good five minutes until another worker came and threw cash into my hands and said “my manager gave you a cash refund” and slammed the window in my face. No apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. I did nothing to be treated that rudely as I was respectful the entire interaction. Please better and hire some people with basic social skills.

I don't want to jump on the negative band wagon just because this is a McDs. You know what you are in for when you stop here. But the last couple of times, the food was less than standard for a McDs. I don't know what the issue has been. But I hope they figure it out.

Can this place get any worse? I mean how is humanly possible to mess up a mobile order? Ordered chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce, guess what doesn’t make it into the bag? The chicken nuggets! ??I asked and placed on the mobile order NO onions on one burger and NO pickles on the other burger. Guess what was in BOTH burgers?!?! You guessed it onions AND pickles!To management team there: do better. You have 5 fast food restaurants in a ONE mile radius and countless other restaurants. Think about that.

I haven't been to this particular establishment in over a year. Right away i noticed a great worker from the Main St, Norristown branch, so i knew the value of quality workers.The older gentleman who worked the desk was professional, kind, and courteous.The store itself was clean, and they knocked out the lunchtime rush in no time.

McDonald’s located at 2931 Dekalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401 is a high volume location. Pretty expensive too, so obviously their rent is high. $2.59 for a regular (small!) cheeseburger. Personally I don’t like the new designs for the chain as it’s not warm and welcoming anymore at all. McDonald’s was always associated as a fun place to go, now it’s more corporate looking and cold. Looking forward to the new menu (burger redesign) offerings.
